Glad Jess Glynne is doing very well beautiful voice, great instrumentation and excellent lyrics make a great combo! I've been watching her for awhile can't wait for the EP and more music from this artist, biggest word of inspiration is stay humble you will go far! Grace & Peace Glen P.
The Back-Up Singer with Jess on Her Far (Right) "BB Diamond" is OMG Drop Dead Gorgeous.... I know Jess is the "STAR" Performer, but give that Girl more Exposure. I've noticed HER in most of the "Hold My Hand" Video's. Eh, I'm just saying what I'm See... She should take a Leap at Being a Lead Singer.... Her LQQKS and Voice would send Her to the TOP of the Charts if She's got the Right Song. Please Jess come to Canada and make sure You Bring that Gorgeous Back-Up Singer..... What a Smile and Body Movements She has.... :)
Jess, please do take the much-needed rest until your voice fully recovers. I can't stand seeing those people disappointed by your performance and I'm concerned if your condition is getting worse.
Im a fan of jess glynne so its disappointing that everytime she sings this track the chorus is in a lower key......she recorded it higher so why when live is it lower.......i understand needing to look after her vocal chords so why didnt she just record in a lower key oringnally and let the backing vocals go higher instead!!!
jadey M I heard shes had troubles with her voice and has now to have surgery; that's probably why she's keeping it quiet...hope she gets better soon, she has a lot of potential!
Stella Biasi Yeah you can hear it when she tries to sing high, there's more "grit" there than normal, like she's been drinking heavily before. I think she's getting better. She has a great voice nonetheless :)
Ach Du meine Güte...was für eine Figur. Ach ja, sie singt ja auch noch super einen richtigen tanzbaren Titel. Hoffe, von dieser Dame noch mehr zu hören...und zu sehen!!!
She has a really amazing voice. She just took it easy that night. Unfortunately she won't be performing for a while, she's having surgery done on her vocal chords.
los ingenieros de sonido no estuvieron muy bien contigo en esta actuación...te sigo desde hace poco y eres fantastica...gracias, (the sound engineers were not very good with you in this performance ... I follow you recently and you are fantastic ... thanks)
Imagine that. Jess STILL not singing lead during the chorus of her own song. Jess, quit recording them so high if you can't do it live. You do this in almost every single song now.
+Nick Olsen It's ignorant people like you who need to get your facts straight. She was sick dude. At least she didn't cancel on them. AND I saw this same song where it still wasn't as high but barely made a difference..so no, there is nothing you could say to prove me wrong.
She had a minor flu I think. But all I know that, she has a sore throat that day. My friend went. She searched for the answer. It took 1 hour. I may not be correct!
She seemed nervous during this performance, especially near the beginning. I guess its understandable, but the result was a very tame performance for someone who can belt out the mid-range notes like she can.
Please, loads of singers cannot reach high notes in live shows. Honestly, I liked this performance, she knows how to move on stage, she's been funny and talented, even if with a lower key.
Jess is a great singer, but unfortunally she can't reach the high notes of hold my hand. In this case the studio version is a totally different song. That's a shame, but she is going to have surgery! Maybe that will help here sing higher notes. LOVE YOU JESS
I've got to comment on this. This is a great song and it is Jess Glynne's and yes, she did score a great hit with it, and I do like her for singing lovely, original songs with clean, happy lyrics. But oh my word, her voice is poor when she's singing live. I know she has some vocal issues, but, just like an athlete doesn't run when they're not 100% fit, so should she not perform if she can't reproduce, to at least a reasonable standard or accuracy, what she has recorded in a studio. Seriously, her backing singers have much better voices than her and carried her throughout this performance.
My fave song by Jess but so disappointed by this performance! Was waiting for those high notes but she just didn't deliver and sounded really off in parts. So. Not. Impressed.
Kyla Lawrence I don't know why but I still like this for some reason. It's interesting to watch, even such a great artist like Jess occasionally has a slight downfall on stage.... It's almost funny how she's trying to cope up with a bad throat.
Devansh Jangid yeah I like it too, anything jess glynne related I'll like it lol. This was a day before she went to the doctors and i think she got surgery that day but not sure when she got it but I know she got surgery around then and yes Jess is an amazing artist/singer, she is my favourite artist and singer and everything lol.
you guys need to watch faith no more, not this shit. They are in the 50s performed all over the world and every performance they put their all in it, you get on a stage that millions of bands would kill for EARN THAT RIGHT
