This was excellent... Yes codependency is not love... Healing and sustaining yourself as an individual is paramount to love. Love for self is so powerful and freeing. I'm a school based mental health therapist, mom with 4 grandqueens and I believe in healing our inner child so we can break all types of generational curses...
