Case study: DLF Seeds production agronomist Jess Nottle never thought she’d work in agriculture or with farmers, now a typical day involves advising farmers on how to grow their seed crops. With no prior agricultural experience, a local traineeship offered Jess a pathway into the seeds industry and a rewarding career with plenty of opportunities on the horizon - and she hasn’t looked back.
