The most romantic scene in the series. The way Jesse looks at Rebecca while singing the song and playing the piano is to die for! And Rebecca's wedding dress is stunning, by the way.
Rhianna Barr - John Stamos said in an interview that Lori was the "one who got away." And Lori did really cry during this scene. I found that out when looking up trivia stuff.
I love that Jon Stamos has kept this song alive but people should know this was written by a beautiful soul. RIP Dennis Wilson. A true genius. Look up his version and support it.
There’s definitely some underlying stuff there. They always say they love each other. There’s just so much chemistry there. He also has said “if we knew then what we know now” commenting on pics of them both back in the day and “she could be the one that got away”.
@@cecisoledad Yeah I think there was some behind the scenes stuff going on. No one is that good at acting. Especially the way they talk about each other now. John was on Jimmy Fallon in 2013 and she went up and kissed him on the lips, and they weren't in character....
Trying to write my wedding vows listening to this beautiful song. I remember when I was young I wish I could find someone as amazing as "uncle Jesse" then I found my bestfriend Justin and I feel so lucky.
Tablet Tablet Of course we do. Don't tar everyone with the same brush. This makes me think of the eternal love I will always have for my nana. I wish I could've talked or sung her back to full health.
Brings me back to childhood memories watching this! But really how can anyone deny the connection they had you could see the love he had for her, this gives me all the feels
If every word I said, Could make you laugh, I'd talk forever, I asked the sky just what we had, Could make you laugh, It showed forever If the song I sing to you, could fill your heart with joy, Could make you laugh, I'd sing forever Chorus: Forever... Forever..., I've been so happy loving you... Wedding version only: Chorus: baby let me sing forever, I wanna be loved forever (2x) Could make you laugh, I'd sing forever Instrumental Let the love I have for you, live in your heart And be forever Chorus: Forever... Forever..., I've been so happy loving you... Instrumental If every word I said, Could make you laugh, I'd talk forever, Instrumental Chorus: Forever... Forever..., I've been so happy loving you...
Becky and Jesse remind me of my daughter and son-in-law. When my daughter got married, her fiance looks just like John Stamos and my daughter looks like Lori Laughlin. This is such a wonderful song and when I see this video I get choked up and it is so beautiful.
Riley Osborn and absolutely no less. Haha. I saw this post is 4yrs ago... Plz tell me you got married and had this sung to you. What a great story that'd be.
Jesse is John Stamos, who "has occasionally performed in concert with The Beach Boys, dating back to 1985, typically playing drums and various other percussion instruments. In 1988, he appeared in their video for "Kokomo", in which he played both the conga drums and the steel drums. In 1990, he played drums for them on the title track of the comedy Problem Child and also appearing in the song's music video. In 1992, he sang lead vocals on a new version of "Forever" for their album Summer in Paradise. The song was originally written and sung by Beach Boy Dennis Wilson and released in 1970. The song was also featured twice on Full House. The first was a recording sung at his character's wedding, while the second was a recording sung for his character's twin sons. The 1992 music video, titled "Forever by Jesse and the Rippers", featured Stamos predominantly. Three of The Beach Boys members are however briefly shown singing harmonies with Stamos: Carl Wilson, Bruce Johnston, and Mike Love." - Wiki
i will definetley have this song in my wedding i could listen to this all day i love it and i love the whole crew of full house and i love the show it is one of my favorites
sometimes i wish this series never ended.. jesse with his obsession with his hair, danny with his obsessive cleaning, joey's popeye impression and 3 sisters love. truly miss the show!
Wow, did the Beach Boys write beautiful, beautiful songs...not only Brian but also,as in this case, Dennis. I am so pleased that people recognise truly great songwriting and that's why an Irving Berlin or a Gershwin classic will always be loved as are the gorgeous, soulful songs of the Beach Boys. People know instinctively a superb song; it touches them.
When I first heard of this song, it brought tears 😭 of joy. And if I had to pick a song for my girlfriend/sweetheart, Heidi Wormstedt. My heart burns with passion for her.
This was absolutely beautiful, very well done by John Stamos, I'm sure you did your friend Dennis Wilson (RIP) well by singing his song so beautifully 🎶 😍🥹
This was my favorite part of this episode. When they showed younger pictures of the stars/characters, John Stamos sort of looks like one of my brother in laws in one picture.
