They had to have staged it a bit. Hannah was probably an extremely senior support rep and was told to expect a phone call from a customer but wasn't told who. So it still feels adhoc but isn't as risky as getting the person on their first day of the job.

Worked customer services for a supermarket for a couple years, I stuck it out for the weird calls cos that was the memorable shit to laugh about on the way home w mateso, and a great excuse to not be serving customers lol

+kaoutar B I was at this taping on Thursday and I'm gonna say it was because we were never told specifically to stay quiet during it...even though it's kind of implied. The people in my section were all kind of snickering or muffling our laughter with our hands, but a lot of the audience higher up wasn't. James shushed us at one point but then Reggie was cracking up, not crazy loud but audibly, and after that everyone lost it. The phone was wired so we could hear out of the speakers in the studio so I wondered if they wired microphones that don't pick up background noise? We weren't quite as loud as it sounds here with the sound compressed

I believe the only time "hanged" is used in the English language is when you are referring to a person being executed. Example : "The women were hanged due to suspicion of witchcraft."

+Herb Toker its not a house number. Its the number to a company. They want you to call them. Just visit their website and find the number, itll be much easier that way instead of diciphering the dial tones.
