As a nurse of 25 years and a mother of 3 this case really hits deep and hurts the heart. The strength this beautiful young lady had to make it through as long as she did, awaiting help, can't be put into words to describe it. The amount of pain alone is unimaginable. I've seen really bad burn victims in my years and it's always hard. The emotions alone that come with a burn victim is tough. I've cried many a tear while treating patients and along with their loved ones. Nothing can repair that damage. My heart hurts for the family of young Jessica. I can't imagine living with knowing what happened in this case. My deepest sympathy, love and strength goes to each in her family. How another human could do this to another I'll never understand.. It's am evil I can't farhan no matter how hard I try. Trying to understand the human mind comes with my job and in times like this it's impossible. A monster is real, they are our fellow humans, walking and living among us everyday. They have no place in this world as far as I see it and deserve nothing short of the same death they gave to another. Living a life in prison is a vacation to what they deserve. While I'm all about doing all I can to heal and save lives and because it's in my heart and soul I do find those like this defendant undeserving of any sort of life. They shouldn't get visits with family in prison, health care, a bed, meals, friends.. They stole that from an innocent and should face exactly what they dealt

The First Responders should be the ones at this crime scene answering the questions about the fire, the car, Jessica, any people hanging around, and everything each of them witnessed. This investigator Barry Thompson has repeatedly stated his lack of knowledge about the crime and many happenings. He can only “speculate” because he was Not a witness to much at all. WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY, & TAX PAYERS $$$$$
Everything about this case stinks! I can't get it out of my head that Jessica had just filled her car up with $14.00 in gas which the Girlies Convenience and Gas (now M & M's Convenience) clerk pointed out was a lot since she usually put $5.00. ⛽ Is it possible that this was a car wreck and explosion and no one else was with her. Was she seen putting gas in a portable gas can? Could the fumes have filled the car and Jessica lit her lighter for a cigarette accidentally OR on purpose could she have set the car on fire? Was she actually saying Heron where she was driving and not the name Eric?
This trial, out of the ones I've watched, is the most comprehensive and well done. With the cameras in the court room scanning everything, and this field trip to the different locations, with the attorneys being able to ask questions, like they're in the court room, is excellent. I'm so impressed with everything. A very professional and thorough investigation. Again, I'm so impressed.

I don't think she was even able to talk very well so I am leery of what people have said was "Eric." I don't know what she said or maybe that was her pet name for the defendant. But this is bizarre going to the murder locations. The defendant is looking around like "I don't know what's going on, I'm innocent." No recognition of the areas or anything. I think he is one sick individual if he did this to Jessica.
Well, that same man was charged with unlawful use of the dead college students credit cards in which he got 10 years in prison. Perhaps the prosecutors figured at least he's behind bars. He is likely the man who murdered that woman as well. At any rate, the guy does seem like he's not right upstairs... IMO..........
You have to rely on what the two eye witnesses said. If they haven’t said-maybe she said “ Eric” THEN SHE PROBABLY SAID ERIC-name he used on the street!! Not his real name
The doctor did a grandiose job at describing all questions and answers.. he also was clear in explaining difficult terms such as the anatomy and physiology of someone’s body! He was very respectful and patient even on the box under pressure from the defendant’s attorneys!
His prints were not at the crime scene. Watch the full trial. No prints taken from the scene at all and the DnA found on the keys could not include his DNA on the first test and the second he couldn't be excluded
Plus he was in her car when they had sex, so his DNA, fingerprints and maybe even sperm would be in her passenger seat and on that side of her car. What a mess!

This happened really close to his sister’s house. She had “Eric” tattooed on her arm. I think they were all in on it. Maybe Jessica saw the tattooed name and assumed it was an Eric who set her on fire.
I was thinking maybe she called him Eric or was just confused at the time bc of the trauma and was thinking of whoever Eric is. He def did it, there's no way he didn't. Cell phone evidence gave his location away. He got mad bc she wouldn't sleep with him and killed her. Same way he brutally murdered another innocent girl and took off with her credit cards and money. I believe they have the right man here. He is 100% a complete physcopath. No remorse, no nothing at all.
I thought the first witness to come up on the car as it was burning said that the car was burning out in the middle of the road if that's the truth then how did it get off the road
Did any of the photos show the driver side door open? If not how would she have gotten out of the car? The door would have been burning up and would have remained open. Could she have been out of the car when she was set on fire, and regained consciousness while she was on fire? Thats what I am confused on.
I agree. It makes no sense that her phone is out the driver's side of the car. If she was incapacitated at Quinton house, it makes no sense that he would leave her alone down there for 40 minutes without making sure she was dead. She could have walked away at any time while he was gone. So I think she was awake and driving. Someone they met there yanked her out the car, making her phone fall as that person got her out of the car. I think she was burned a distance from the car and tried to walk back to it. Who knows why the passenger seat was down? Could be any number of reasons. But why is the phone outside the car on the ground if she was already passed out inside the car? Who would take her phone out of the car? Just let it burn inside it.
This case has bothered me more than any other. The absolute horrendous act of incomprehensible savagery inflicted upon on this young lady is one that demands justice. The pain that she endured is completely unimaginable. I can only hope and pray that God has given her the wings of an angel and the monster responsible pays dearly. This case must be resolved.
I agree though ....the officer that taped off the crime scene the first night it happened.....why didn't he take more pictures of the car and the inside of the car ? Why didn't he take more pictures of where Jessica Chambers was coming from when first responders pulled up ? I wonder why she wasn't found closer to the car ? Has that question been asked and answered ? It's hard to find all of the trail that's in order . Day by day . I understand there was a miss trial, so they had to start over again. I couldn't image that being my daughter laying out there burnt half to death and trying to talk . The poor girl was fighting for her life . There's times I have to just stop watching it. It makes me sick to my stomach.
Can you imagine a killer leaving a body alone for 40 minutes instead of just bringing the gas with him on the first trip? The gas was right there at his house. Instead of grabbing it, he leaves an unconscious Jessica alone for 40 minutes to go back for the gas. Makes no sense at all. Unless she drove down there alive and then something happened when they got there.
How on God's name is a Murder defendant Allowed to be OUT ON THE OPEN OUT OF THE COURT ROOM WITHOUT HANDCUFFS AND SHACKLES!!!! What is this Country coming too?
Because in the United States of America we are innocent until Proven guilty, contrary to popular belief. But mostly because 82% of the people there are armed and it would make a really bad impression on the jury to run at that point!

It wouldn't surprise me if alot of people know who killed her in that small town. She was selling drugs. She hung with other dealers and dated them. Gang members . Really I wouldn't talk. Obviously some shady stuff going on. I wouldn't talk because I wouldn't want myself or family murdered. Probably the gangs and dealer have power in that small town. It's sad but definitely wouldn't surprise me. Not like if someone spoke they would have money to move. That's my sense

The first responder that said he seen a man, at the crime scene, said the man looked at him, and he got chills in his body and he seen pure evil. That's the man who probably killed Jessica. Go back and listen to it. The man just walked clean away. He couldn't describe him or anything or just didn't won't to. Bullshit like I said, them folks know who did that, an it's a damn shame.
Nothing happened so there is nothing to sue over. As well, he is not yet convicted of this crime so to make the assumption of danger is idiotic.. And then like i said nothing happened so you want to sue the county/state for your preseved chance of danger although no danger ever arose.. Makes sense 👌😌😔

he only knew her about 1 week---he spent his life in and out of jail---he perhaps told people his name was eric---or maybe she was saying AIR because breathing was difficult and in their shock and their desire to "get a name" they interpreted it as eric because who would be named air
She thought she had a wreck and that was what she was trying to say. Hold your touge and try and say A Wreck, it sounds like "Eric", I don't think it was a crash, but i do believe her cell phone caught on fire and caused her to roll up against that fence. She was on her phone when she was pumping gas, she might've gotten gas on that phone and later it caught on fire while on it driving.
Random, handcuff him for what, you think them bailiffs gone let something happen to the jurors. Just like y'all want it, for him to run and get shot for they slow ass to close the case, not today sweetie.
