I have always felt as though your songs were speaking to me, but Jessie ... This song really struck home, in a more direct way than ever before. My Father, the strongest and most honourable person I've ever known, passed away in August, and you released this song just two months later - I can't help but feel like this is exactly the kind of situation for which you wrote this song. I doubt you read your RU-vid comments, but still I'd like to say thank you for your beautiful writing. Thank you for your spirit and energy. Most importantly, thank you for being true to yourself and allowing that to flow through your art - it really touches other souls in ways that I've only thought possible in books, and stories.
