This is an unedited easter egg from the 2-Disc Special Edition of Toy Story 2. It's hidden on the menu of disk 2 and accessed by selecting the star in the corner.
I actually had to find the discs at a second-hand store because I couldn't find it anywhere online and my friends wouldn't believe me. So here it is! Enjoy.
