Selva Rasalingam is a British actor. He portrayed Jesus in The Gospel of John (2014) and the other three Gospels produced by the Lumo Project (2016), which was well-received as dramatisation and academically for its Biblically accurate depiction. He studied diverse historical and academic sources in preparation for the role, and filming spanned five years.
