I don't care if he was for real or a myth but his ideas and teaching of love, compassion, forgiveness, charity always made me love this man. Sadly, Christians barely practice any of his teachings but try to teach everyone on a religion that some pastors control. None of these evil people would be polite or kind but boast with pride exactly what Jesus teaches against, shows how ridiculous humans have become

And that is why he stated the following..St. John 15:5 "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." He is referring to living up to the standards of God. We can't do this without His Spirit. Thus, we get the name Holy Spirit rather than an unclean evil one.

Bro would’ve been a solid C tier to a light B tier practical ethicist/ moral philosopher if he didn’t get so delusional (probably stemming out of a huge fucking ego). I mean he got bad things done to him, but he does not belong in the same category as someone like Socrates (to whom he can’t hold a candle to). The moral of the story is: if you’re a student of philosophy (or anything else), keep your ego in check.

Jesus was/ is NOT a prophet. He is the son of God. God gave us Jesus as a final sacrifice for our sins, so that we would not have to sacrifice animals anymore. Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life on our behalf, was beaten and abused, for our transgressions, was nailed to the Cross and buried and resurrected three days later. Anybody who believes in this our sins are forgiven, and his sinless life is accounted to us. So when God looks at us and our sins, he sees Jesus his blood payment. Repent of your sins today and turn from your sins and build a relationship with Christ and God today before it’s to late. And trust me, there will be a time where it will be too late.

Dude didn’t perform miracles and wasn’t related to a “superior power” (aka God) tho
