FYI if anyone else has this problem, it might be that your shoulder is hunched too far forward, raise your arm and roll it back, you will hear the shoulder clicking into place. For months I felt so much strain in the area between my neck and shoulder, but after a few days of keeping the shoulder in the proper position as much as possible, it doesnt hurt as much any more

@The Latios Channel right. God gave us doctors. However, God does have a health plan set up in the Bible (what foods to eat that are healthy and which aren't (pork, Shellfish, etc)...to me, plant based is the best option and other 'clean' meats in moderation. But anyway. Aha. I went overboard.
