The gospel by which we're saved. We're under Paul's ministry today. Therefore we're not under the law of the old testament. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV)1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. And that takes us back to John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. So it's only by GRACE that we are saved not by works. Jesus did all the work and gave us GRACE (unmerited favor) as long as we have FAITH (believe) in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ for SALVATION (trust in his blood). That's the gospel. Jesus said, Ye must be born again to enter into the kingdom.(accept Jesus as your LORD and SAVIOR)

Best 7 churches Revelations analysis ever. On 11:00" salvation can be taken away if we dont preserve and have a live faith to jesus" and sadly last few years so many preachers/pastors/youtubers with tens of millions of subscribers and and tens of millions ofviewins say and teach that Paul said faith alone is enough for salvation. Ofcourse faith in Lord Jesus Christ saves you but faith without works without love,caring,sacrifice, is a dead faith and it leaves you vulnerable to all sort of temptations and other unpleasant things. Those that believe in the triadic God of the holy trinity Becarefull of who you listen to or watch cause not everyone outhere has good intentions and many doctrines are false and manipulative.
“Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.” It seems to me that some believers will not go trought the great tributation, since they keep the word of Jesus.
I just wanna confess that I’m self conscious because my hands are really small for a man, basically child sized hands, and when I see Doug who’s my size, and has the hands the size of a man 5’10-6’0 and change it makes me feel ashamed 😞. I don’t know why these bones didn’t mature, but it makes me upset and angry. Pray for me, and my self consciousness.
My grandfather was from Rome. I don't talk bad against Rome Italy because I am half Roman Italian. I know that the Roman Empire were not all Italian from Rome but it was an Empire. I am proud of my Roman ancestry. I don't however worship false idols. My Lord God is Jesus Christ, Creator of the Universe and Saviour of those who believe in Him. Adultery is being spoken of , like I say to the homophobic haters of us, not homosexuality. Sexual immorality means adultery. Many homosexuals are married and faithful to each other, which counts us out of sexual immorality. Those who are adulterous and lustful without being married, I pray for them, straight and lesbian-gay. They are sinners but so am I for other sins for ALL have sinned and fall short of God's glory. I believe in Yeshua. I am a Christian. A true Christian. I try every day of my life to be like Christ. I do not judge, I love my fellow man-woman, I try to feed the hungry people and animals... in fact, I feed all the cats where my wife and I live here in Turkey. My wife feeds them also. We are lesbians. We are not bad people. In fact we are better than most of the people around us, not to be boastful but we don't like people who are shallow and fake and self-centered and immoral. I love Christ. I would die for Christ. One day when my life is at stake for teaching muslims and non-muslims about Christ, I will proudly accept to die for my Lord and God. My gender, my sexual orientation or my skin colour or age will never or can never change that. God bless all.
Pastor Doug, Wouldn't it be better if you had discussed one church at a time? Do you know how profitable a deep study of the church of Ephesus is? Please, at a time like now true believers should be fed solid food...time for drinking milk is over. Wake up!
Pastor Doug like you much but why do you feel the need to "redo" the sermon that was given last week by someone else. Something to think about my friend. I've seen this behavior with your wife in your evangelism shows where as soon as she starts to speak you drown her out. Not respectful.

So are you saying that I can live as i please , just as long as I believe that Jesus died for me and get baptized? also, if the old testament is irrelevant, why is it even part of the bible, one more question, what exactly are the old testament laws that we don't live by anymore?

Whatever is comfortable, feels right to us, is convenient at the moment. It's all ok no matter what the sin is. In fact, without any law, there can be no sin... I want to take my neighbor's wallet? Nothing wrong with that. God has no laws against it and in my own mind it is OK. Neighbor doesn't deserve it away... How much for your wife BTW? This is Paul's ministry? Issac Newton was a great scientist. BUT he was NOT a great Bible teacher. This garbage that the 7 letters are representative of 7 epochs of time in the evolution of the church was started by Newton and it is ridiculous. The 7 letters are for Jews. The early church was mostly Jews who believed in Christ as messiah, not savior (MAT 16:18). That would come later under Paul. Eph 3:3. look at the words and phrases in the letters such as " I know your works " The body of Jesus Christ is not based on works. Neither are we told to repent by OUR Apostle Paul whom Jesus sent to us. In the letter to Smyrna Jesus talks to them about those who say they are Jews but are not. No Gentile is going to care who is a Jew and who is not. In the letter to Pergamos Jesus reproves them because there are those who hold to the doctrine of Balaam. No Gentile is going to understand that comment, but a Jew will. Same with the letter to Thyatira were Jesus says you suffer that woman Jezebel to teach. No gentile is going to understand who Jezebel is, nor care, but a Jew would. What about the letter to Sardis ? Did we gain eternal life or not ? Are we to worry on a daily basis that our names may be blotted out of the book of life ? Where is eternal security through faith ? Does it make sense that Jesus would dictate 7 letters to Gentile churches and purposely use terms that Gentiles would not understand ? The letter to Philadelphia about keeping them from the hour does sound like a rapture verse, but it's not. It's to the remnant of Jews that God will preserve through the 7 years while the other 2/3's will be killed. Re-read Revelation using a Jewish mindset and your eyes will be opened. The book of revelation is primarily about the tribulation, also know as the time of Jacobs trouble, it's the Jews who go through this not the body of Christ. There is no need to write anything to us. Paul has already given us everything we need to know, and that is, we are outta here. Don't follow a supposed teacher who has no common sense.

How about a teacher (so called) who can't apply common sense when quoting Scripture? Your comment above not only distorts Scripture but lacks basic common sense in doing so. I really tried to follow your logic...I really did but you're all over the map with contradictions. For example, you claim the book of Revelation is for the Jews who live thru the 7 year tribulation. But you didn't give any Scripture to back it up. You gave a lot of ''does it make sense'' opinions that frankly, didn't make sense. I guess when Jesus says...''blessed is HE that , and THEY that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: the ''HE that readth'' ,the ''THEY that hear'' and KEEP are really Jews....right? How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?'' Speaking of the women of the church Paul says ''But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works''. OK, well he must be talking about the Jewish women? How about elders which include those ''apt to teach'' like you Paul says...''must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality''..sounds like a lot of works to me.? But you claim Paul teaches ''the body of Jesus Christ is not based on works?'' ''If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every GOOD WORKS''. These all come from Paul, your apostle. Its clear you are a pre trib dispensationalist, a teaching that is based on false doctrine and a lack of common sense.

The point is that the 7 letters CLEARLY have Jewish references in them that only Jews would understand. Hence, why would Jesus dictate letters to Gentiles and use terminology that they wouldn't understand ? You can read right ? #2. Again you go back to this MY GUY Paul. O.K. then you explain to Jesus why you didn't care to pay any attention to the GUY, Jesus sent to us. I guess because you THINK you know better than Jesus #3.
