This makes sense. A God that is Jealous of other gods, Demands live sacrifice. And demand's your obedience and Love. Sounds like a child or a jilted lover. Not very Godly. Think, become conscious of what is truth!
God does not demand human sacrifice. The old testament explains what is going to happen in the future. Read the Bible. It's just that easy. Read about the wars in heaven. Pharaoh's plagues. God showed who was all powerful.
I actually have noticed this myself the difference in the old and the new. I felt confused, and my nature was to pray to a loving and forgiving God. This feels truer to my soul.
This has been known for many years. I am confident that Paramahansa Yogananda and writers of higher realm consciousness wrote about this 50 to 80 years ago. Jealous God could not be the Father God of the New Testament. If you study closely the aspects of the God of Old and New Testaments you will clearly see the stark contrasts of love, forgiveness of New and the harsh and jealous aspects of the Old. A few years ago I was becoming aware that the truth of the story of Judas was misunderstood. Not a popular idea amongst the mindset of current Christianity. Although I had no proof, I still felt inwardly that it was true.

Think of all the odd things about god in the bible. Why did he ask where Adam was? Is he not all knowing? He asked Adam, Who told you you were naked? Shouldn't he know if he is omniscient? Then he demeans Adam by forcing him to confess? Like a parent makes a child do after they get caught. Knowing he himself placed the tree of knowledge in Eden!? Then he cast man out of Eden. Then he genocides humanity with a flood? Knowing children have to no choice but to be as bad as their parents.

What I know is that the bible is the truth word of God because I do what it says and I sure it happens in my life that is what makes me believe it true
