Additionally, Gnosticism and its text are fake and heretical, there is no evidence to suggest that these heretical manuscripts somehow manage to portray the real Jesus or the "truth" of Jesus. Since they're written centuries after the death of Jesus and compared to the Gospel accounts get multiple elements of Jesus' life wrong. Thanks for this video @LiftingtheLamp! A curious question though... after performing all 13 repentances, does it end there? Or do recite them all over again? I guess what I'm asking is how often should you recite, is it a daily practice, and until when should you perform the repentances.
Im 58 now, my bday was yesterday & and jst over 3 months ago.I had never been religious, never owned a bible, didn't have a clue how to pray? Then I was graced by the Holy Spirit after a NDE. I could feel my blood pumping thro every vein around my body like an electric charge & of I went into the vast blackness. I became all knowing I knew everything. I won't go into it, but I was graced seeing Jesus smiling lovingly at me with such compassion, we didn't talk & hes smile was like "I told you I was real" as I stood in awe!Then he graced me with he's essence.I felt everything he felt. It still makes me cry now, Im a mam of 3 with 1 grandchild. The pure compassion, empathy & love he has for us all & how wondrous we are to our Father was outta this world. Since then, Im a full on Christian & I will serve my Lord to my death. I still get messages & dreams that renews my Faith ten fold. He's real & and he's coming soon, so guys repent & seek him before its to late 🕊🕊🕊

Kaz, will you pray for me please? I’ve never not believed but I just couldn’t quite penetrate the Bible. Well I’ve now come back to it and studying everyday and would now describe myself as Christian. But here’s my problem, I don’t feel Him. People talk of how they can feel Him, Hear him and how He has changed them. But I don’t feel any of that and it worries me. I’ve repented, I talk to him always, I automatically pray as I wake into conscience first thing every morning - have done for years even before my return to the Bible. I’ve also not had an easy journey through life. Not saying I haven’t made mistakes or done wrong but….well no matter how hard I tried things just never went my way. Don’t get me wrong, I’m by no means perfect but it’s been hard to see how easy life has been for others, and I never understood, I thought maybe I’m being punished. Well now, and I add to this thé absence of His presence and I really do worry that He has abandoned me, doesn’t want me or perhaps doesn’t like me very much. Since you feel him so very closely, would you mind praying for me please? ❤️🙏💐

Also, on here, look up Derek Prince Ministries. He makes you feel everything to the point that you end up crying. Another fantastic teacher is Chuck Missler also on here. He teaches you step by step through the bible. Dont put tv on or music.They distract you & if you get signs, you won't see them through all the distractions. Stay in the present & and you'll get the signs. Hope this helps 🤍
I am learning about the Pauline Arts which is a better way of looking at the journey of repentance somewhat. I am interested in Sophia but I love the Shekinah, the Divine Presence. Even though they are called by the name of Paul, they don't (the way I'm being taught) have a heavy masculine influence and are gentler teachings but seem to ring true to me even though I was once a Christian, they are a different view on the whole thing. I am not Christian now but I believe in a Source/Infinite Intelligence and what/who emanates from "It." The way I see the bulk of it, most of these teachings are allegorical, not literal and not necessarily actual events, just fables to help our deeper/subconsicous mind understand the language of Spirit. I don't believe the majority of Angels are anti human nor do they want to keep us "down." I see a lot of the spirits as thoughtforms, though I don't disbelieve that there are spirits. Sort of like the people spoken of in the psalms are aspects of our minds. If that makes sense. In the teachings I am following, I am also learning about the kabbalah. I think Sophia was meant to "fall" just like Jesus was meant to save/be crucified for our benefit, to show us he (and she) is/are like us, we are like brothers and sisters, children of the true Divine and we have forgotten that we are just like the Divine because of our physical lives, the mundane that gets in the way and how we forget when we are very young. The "evil" is in our minds, it is our wrong thinking, our wrong doing. We have the forgiveness and love to overcome this, because its already done for us in the spiritual/heavenly realms. This story about the Pisits Sophia sounds very similar to how the Ars Paulina is being taught to me, including psalm magick!

There's a story about Buddha, after he reached Enlightenment and had access to all Spirit Realms, he battles in debate against a being who believes he is "god" and that if Buddha bows and worships him then he will be allowed into heaven and if not then will be sent to hell. Buddha successfully wins these debates and challenges against this being (Baka Brahma) and proves to it that Baka is not god at all. One could argue, any system that leads to Enlightenment and uncovering these kinds of things is Gnostic

Glad to have found this channel as I have just began exploring magical practises! Thank you for the great video, I have some questions that I would appreciate your thoughts on. For someone new to ceremonial magic and is currently practising thr LBRP and soon to incorporate the middle pillar. When would you suggest including these repentances practises? Is it something one can and should start early? Or would this be better practises once I've developed other practises? I'm based in Melbourne, not sure if you are as well. But if so would you have any suggestions for places a newbie like myself can interact with other practising magicians? Really loving the channel and the videos. Appreciate you work.
You can start working with the repentances whenever you feel moved to do so. The repentances are not part of the Golden Dawn tradition, but they do feature in modern forms of gnosticism. The only thing I would caution is that the Pistis Sophia is a difficult book to study; 'esoteric' in the truest sense of the word! If you're new to magical practises then it might not be the best thing to start with

I appreciate your synopsis. While I can see why the repentances might be helpful, I wonder why you might, if you do, consider the esoteric element valid.
Use your head man, do you think God would shroud the method to salvation in secrets and occult to be benefited by a select few of the rich and wise, or well God make the way known to everyone in the most simple instructions and language so that everyone can be saved even a poor simpleton? Of course if you light a candle you won't cover it with secrets and symbols, but put it high for everyone to benefit from it.
