'preciate the honest, non-sponsored content here. I recently bought a JT-350 in black and it turned out to be great. Fretwork, the nut, relief, action, intonation was near perfect on mine out of the box. I also pulled out the neck and everything was fine there. There were some negatives though. The tone knob is nearly useless, the pickup switch seems to not always switch perfectly to the bridge pickup (sounds like it's still either middle or just lacking top end) and have to switch is back and forth a bit. A big issue I had was that the allen key for the truss rod didn't actually fit properly. It was a bit loose and I'm having a luthier check on that and see what's up. I bought it on sale for 325€ (345€ originally) and it just had small scratches all over the black finish, but maybe they'll disappear with a thorough polish. I needed a guitar for an alternate tuning on a budget and JET seemed to be the best option, although it felt a bit too good to be true. I saw a lot of overwhelmingly positive and obvious paid reviews and stuff, but I went for it after reading about them on multiple forum threads. I own 2 Fender Jaguars and honestly the fretwork out of the box was better on the JET in comparison to both of them, especially the fret ends. I'll add that the frets have a scratchy feeling when bending, but similar on my Fenders. Thinking back on the problems I've encountered, I'd rather have sub-par electronics than an awful neck with bad fretwork, because that's the most important part of the guitar to me. Pots and switch aren't that big of a deal to switch out and the pickups sound alright considering the price range, after adjusting them and balancing them out. I sent them customer feedback and they did respond, so I'm hoping they'll increase consistency.
Awesome man thanks for the detailed comment. Yeah I agree with you. The bones, neck and body have to be good. Mine weren't so the store is taking it back for a full refund😃 Glad your 350 is solid. As far as I can gather on their spec sheets, the 300 to 400 models all pretty much have the same crappy electronics, but as you said, those are easily changed. As for me it's unacceptable that a brand new guitar leaves the factory with 4 stripped neck screws... How do you mess up a tele hahaha!
I work on many guitars yes. Mostly small jobs like new switches, fret work, nut filing, pick up swap etc... I don't get into refinishing bodies etc...😉
Do you have any plans to order another to see if what you got was in fact a lemon? the electronics and the tuning machines will be the same but it would be interesting to find out if what you received here was standard fare or just a matter of QC being asleep at the wheel. also have you tried any Fesley guitars?
Hey I have no plans to order another Jet. I'm sure it was a bit of both. Poor quality and QC mishap. But I bought this from a store who claims to set them up before shipping. Who misses 4 stripped neck screws, and action 1/4 of an inch above the fret board etc... I'm sure the 400 models are good but here in Canada they are pushing high $600 and no longer in budget territory. I have not tried a Fesley. They do Appear to have good bones but they plaster the Fesley all over the guitar and I'm not a fan hahaha
If I find a high fret, especially on a cheap guitar, my first course of action is just to try and hammer it back down. Saved me a lot of leveling/recrowning.
Good review! Cheap Cherkfan (CF) pots and switch, rock bottom hardware, and a chainsaw cut probably with a worn out old pin router... Hopefully you can fill those neck holes and salvage the neck!!
Actually, I believe that’s: When you're a Jet, you're a Jet all the way, from your first cigarette to your last dyin' day. 😜 Gotta love Stephen Sondheim’s lyrics. 😂
MORE FUN FACTS: West Side Story, Gypsy, and Do I Hear A Waltz are the ONLY shows that Stephen Sondheim did only lyrics and not music composition for. Leonard Bernstein also did some great analysis of The Beatles and even The Kinks “You Really Got Me,” if you look for those videos. 😂
I got my first Jet guitar yesterday,a JS400 S style guitar, and it’s perfect, great fret work etc,but I’ve not gone to the lengths you have done.as a retired joiner, the holes in the neck should be clearance holes, and not threaded,so when you screw it all together, the plate sandwiches the components all together.
@@markjones7365 yup absolutely. Many of these have to be drilled out as the neck screws screw into the body as well. Mine were stripped in the neck heel. Not just 1, all 4!🤨 Glad you got a good one! Enjoy!
@@j-man9457 Thank you.when guitars, like many other products in life, are made cheaply, the QC suffers, and on occasions they slip through the net.perhaps I’ve been very very lucky, having bought 18 Harley Benton guitars, and all have been fine, apart from a 3 way switch on an SC that was a 2 minute fix,and another that had a high action that my local shop sorted. I hope that if you buy more affordable Jet style guitars, you have a more positive experience.
@@markjones7365 hey good for you man! And thanks. I will not be buying any more of the Jet Brand. Here in Canada, they are just too expensive ($400) for the quality you receive. I have a few $199 guitars I got off of Amazon with a far superior build quality at half the price. Also, this model is their least expensive one here. So I'm not taking a chance on a higher model number at a higher price point with what I've seen here. I do have my eyes open for a used one, but as of yet I haven't seen any used models available around here... Cheers
Hey, J! I’m reminded of the Groove guitars that we got; The strat being an awesome guitar for me and the tele being a (not awesome) guitar for you. Not that strats are good and teles are bad; Or really anything other than just a coincidence. I thought there may be similarities between your experience with the Jet guitar, and our experiences with the Strat and Tele versions of the Groove guitars. What I mean is, you may have a point about Strat versus Tele for some brands possibly. On the other hand, they could’ve gone the other way depending on the crew that’s working on Teles and the crew that’s working on Strats. Anyway, for what it’s worth.
Yeah I hear ya... But if any model should be better, it should be the Tele.... I mean how do you screw up a tele hahaha so simple! Jet and Groove can sure screw it up lol!
Still on a Tele search. I got one in my fleet, but I didn't have the guts to get a traditional Tele. I got one with 2 humbuckers. I don't get the classic Tele tones.😕 And the search goes on.
@@j-man9457 Traditional Tele left handed single coils under £500 or about $650. I can play a few chords but that is about it at the moment but very willing to learn and suffer 🤣🤣
@@deane9050 hahaha right on! Well I love buying and modding budget guitars, but that's probably not the best Idea for you just starting out as some of these arrive in poor condition and they need work. My suggestion would be to go to your local music store, and try out a Squire Classic Vibe Tele. They are around that price I believe, and they do come left handed. Plus the music store should offer a free set up. So when you get home, you should have a nice playing guitar with no surprises! 😉
I've got the 800 relic model and I love, but it is more expensive. Just to note, over in the UK these run at about £150, so about $250CAD. They're very affordable over here, but I think that you're definitely getting a way better deal with Jet when you get a Strat type. Good work calling out guitars, even affordable, when they don't meet expectations or function as they should.
Thank God I'm not in the market for another guitar. I have four and can't play any of them. I have an AAmoon Strat that cost me $89 from Amazon and it plays and sounds just as good as my Cort EVL4 when I play but Happy Birthday isn't much of a song to compare them with. I enjoy your insights and learn from them. For me, no guitars in my foreseeable future. Keep on rockin bud keep on rockin.
I will stick with my Vintage brand guitars here in the UK ( they do sell them in the US ) they have both been solid had them both setup no fret leveling played good out of the box, the market has been flooded with budget guitars is almost like unlimited buffet , one thing you must realize if you purchase $150 dollar guitar add the Pro Setup cost not sure the cost in the US another 100 dollars or more
That's why I do all of my setups and upgrades myself haha. I got tired of paying someone else to do it and me not being happy with the work. Yeah I hear Vintage is a good brand. I can't get them here in Canada. Maybe used, but no stores sell them here... Thanks and keep rockin!
The hype started 1 or 2 years ago in Europe, It's an european company ... Of 2 things, one you have a bad copy, the other, you've put your finger on a drop in production quality. I have a JS-400 which, once modded, is close to a classic vibe. I should point out that I have a CV, a 40th Squier Anniversary, a Mex and had a US. This kind of guitar is bought for base, at this price, you know that there will be fittings to change and that the pickups have a small quality. On my unit, I changed the whole plate with the 3 pickups, the tuners, the vibrato and I ended up taking the time to fret it in stainless steel (Jescar) because it was worth it, and I'd played it a lot - the frets were well crushed! As for the original frets, I'd like to point out that the hardness is (was?) in the upper middle range, for this kind of guitar.Personally, I don't regret my purchase. There's some truth in the videos that say it's a good product...
Cool man! Thank you for the information. The main issue is that here in canada, I can buy similar spec-ed guitars to this Jet through Amazon for 1/2 the price... It could be a good guitar with work and mods, but because of the $400 dollar base price, it's not worth it...
And I must also say, to be perfectly honest, that the body sanding finish is not up to the level of the Classic Vibe, but about as rough as my Squier 40th Anniversary Stratocaster, not great !
@@jaunianise4172 Yeah really not impressed about anything on this guitar. The finish I can polish or repaint but the neck is unacceptable for a brand new guitar! Oh and FYI I can see you sent other messages but I can't reply to them because when I click on them they disapear. It's like they are being blocked by RU-vid. So sorry for not replying...
I have a Jet js400 i got for $236 to my door and am very happy with it. Frets were smooth and buzz free better than both my Classic Vibes and fit and finish was good. It's a cheap guitar and electronics are pretty cheap but I have many pickups, pots etc kicking about from old builds and mods I could upgrade without spending extra. I was impressed with it for what it is and got a tele jt300 for same price and not quite as good even though reasonable value and will probably end up selling that one down the road. I then tried a Firefly ffst and oh that was a mistake. I started messing with it so couldn't send it back which was my mistake as neck had noticeable back bow, tuners had significant play and felt rough and routing especially for trem springs really rough. Emailed them but no reply. I was dumb but made it playable by fret level and dress some extra routing to help trem and good pickups that i have. Did I waste my money arguably yes as could have bought $6-700 new or used 'good' guitar instead of getting 3 cheapo's but I love fiddling with, tearing down, fixing, modding etc and I have had prs, 2 Japan Ibanez RG's and fender, and still have nice Yamaha's ( Pac 921 & Revstar standard ) 2 Squier Classic Vibes that needed work, Donnar dst400, Carvin and 2 Warmoth partscasters & 1 random bit partscaster. I enjoy them all and end up playing the cheap ones more lol
100% agree man! You sound like me. All of my guitars are budget or partscasters of some sort. This Jet I got was just a lemon. The store is refunding me and I'm sending it back... 4 stripped neck holes and a crack in the heel from the factory is a little Shaddy and these after taxes are just over 400$ here in Canada. Sure I could of modded it and made it awesome but then because of the purchase price, I would have close to 650 or 700 into it after new hardware and electronics etc... so it's not worth it as it will still only be a budget guitar... Now had this been 199 like most budget TStyles I can get on Amazon, I'd be modding it right now and end up with an awesome 400 to 500 dollar guitar once completed hahaha But here the purchase price for these is too high. If I find a used one, I may reconsider. Rock on man and keep modding!
@@j-man9457 The Donnar I have is quite good for what it is and got it on a deal for for approx $150 if memory serves and still have that as I like the neck. Debating whether to get a Donnar dst152 going for $199 with free shipping on Donnar plus a 15% discount till 27th hmmmmm 🤔It's disappointing to get a lemon like your Jet or my Firefly but perversely I enjoyed the challenge of making it playable if a waste of money lol Wish you the best with your next cheapo mod 👍
They are decent for what they are. Yes, electronics aren't great but they are functional. The guitar sounds fine. The fit and finnish on my Jt 300 is very good. The roasted maple neck is finnished very well, feels great and the modern C shape is inoffensive. The tuners do what they are supposed to do. Not great but absoutely serviceable. In this price range there's just stuff that I'll happily overlook. The cleanliness of cavity routings for example. If the shape of the routing is fine, I don't care if the actual tooling left any weird marks. I consider the routing on these guitars pretty good and I have seen way worse on guitars that cost double the price. The Jet 300 series basically competes with the Squier Sonic series. I've tried both and think that the Jet simply offers the better deal, just considering the quality of the neck alone, which is the most important part of any guitar after all.
Yup I agree with most of what you said, however here in Canada these Jet guitars are over 350$ if not on sale. I can buy an Amazon direct guitar like an Ammoon or a Pro or a Toastar which have the same electronics and similar fit and finish for under 200$. On this Jet I received, only the neck was nice however it needed a complete fret leveling crown and polish and the 4 neck mounting holes were stripped! It just wasn't worth the time and effort to fix and then upgrade. In the US I believe people can buy these for 239$. now at that price you could totally mod this thing for under 400$🙂
Wow! What a piece of crap! West Creek at nearly the same price is 10 times the guitar. That Jet is very much like the basic Sawtooth tele I moved on because I decided a cheap DIY would be more interesting to work on. Paid RU-vidrs are very hard to trust. You are very trustworthy, Jason. I could see you were really upset at how bad this was after all the hype.
Wow it costs a lot in Canada. I have the JS 400 and it’s great except the nut. There’s no way that thing is bone as advertised. The tuners I always expect to be crappy on quitars in this price range so I change them straight away.
Honestly, at first I was wondering what you expected for the price. Then when I realised what you had to pay for it in Canada I have to agree with you, that’s not good. For what we pay in Europe I was very happy with my js300, but it was less that £150, so around $250 Canadian.
Looked a little picky at times, especially about the routing of the pick up cavities-i mean smooth or not how does that matter? The input jack was nice and tight and the cable is super secure- but its a cheapo. At the same time if its a 400 tele then its way over priced. that looks like a 150 tele
If you return it, you will send the message that this is unacceptable. Of course this RU-vid video kind of sends the same message. I don't think any of your subscribers will be buying one of these anytime soon.
Well I did contact the store and asked for a replacement neck or a partial discount at the very least... we'll see what happens. Just because I got a terrible one that should of failed QC, doesn't mean they are all bad... Tons of reviewers say these are awesome right out of the box!
How do people even order this brand? The website is EXHAUSTING to look at...instead of being separated by style..it's by number...which can be multiple styles, you have to look at each number series to find if the style you want..is in that series. Thanks for the video, if their website is this disorganized, clearly by your video their manufacturing is too LOL
Hahaha thanks man! Yeah I don't know. I just went through a store here in western Canada that had them on clearance and not through Jet! I now understand why they are clearing these out! LOL How can you butcher a Tele this badly? Hahaha
Hey. I hate seeing ya disappointed. I’ll tell ya something. I’mm kinda envious of the WestCreek guitars you seem to keep obtaining. My Revenge is just deep green and my Helios is pretty much just black. Don’t get me wrong. They look good. But that flame maple is a great look. And i don’t begrudge you those incidentally really beautiful guitars. To be frank, I think you deserve them. I’m just a little disappointed because I was pretty vocal about the quality of WestCreek guitars at a time when it still mattered. I feel a bit slighted. Ah, whatta ya gonna do? Right? I AM glad they treat you right. So anyway, I just wanted to point out. Things could be worse for ya. I dunno if that helps. That Jet really did turn out to be a drag. I guess I just got used to ya being cheerful all the time. You hang in there bud. You got a great batting avg when ya think about it. Good luck w/ your next one. Adios.
Thanks brother! The retail store is taking it back for a full refund! So all good... Westcreek is awesome to deal with. If you have a finish issue, they'll make it right and at the very least you always have the Amazon return option😃 The finish on everyone I have gotten is a little different so that tells me they use a real maple cap and not just a print. For the green they do have 2 greens. One is flame with chrome hardware and the other is Dark solid green with black hardware.... Here in Canada anyway... They may offer different color options in different countries so that they can easily distinguish which guitars are sent where🤔
I remember you asking me about these a couple of years ago and when I looked them up I thought they were really cheap and why spend that much money on them when I can get a Lyx pro for half the price. Lyx was better than that and it had better bones. Jet junk..
Yeah I remember that conversation... However, the reviews on these teles are fantastic and I had to see for myself of this was true or not. Plus I got it on clearance for 299... Still not worth that hahaha! You know the expression "curiosity killed the cat"? .... Well the cat is dead!🤣
@@popsfereal they are no worse then these but the difference is they are 109$ sometimes under $100! So some upgrades, a few mods and you have a gig ready guitar for under 400$. I know, I have one hahaha! These Jets are roughly the same quality but 4 times the price! Therefore, not worth the mods because then you'll have too much into it!
My JS300 went straight on ebay shockingly poor guitar. Must have been made late friday afternoon as loads of problems with fit/finish/neck alignment/fret dressing etc. Truly awful cheap nasty. Think too many people going along with the hype. Thanks for an honest review.
Jet is telling us that you really don't need fancy electronics and all the other stuff to have fun starting playing a decent electric guitar without breaking the bank.Just like other budget guitars that are even worse.
Yup I can understand that, but honestly, this was the worst budget guitar I've reviewed yet! 4 stripped neck mounting screws from factory? Come on! How did that pass QC? Maybe I just got a bad one, but it turned me off enough that I will not buy another😔
Only because you were unlucky with that one guitar doesn`t mean, all Jets are bad! If we start to judge a company by one single product, we shouldn`t buy ANY guitar anymore of any guitar brand, since you will find models with flaws and big issues even from major brands like Gibson or Fender!! I do not own a Jet so far, but I don`t like people bashing a whole company because of one single guitar and calling other reviewers liars, because they like their Jet guitars. You are completely overreacting. Try to keep it real and reasonable!🤨
You are totally over reacting! I hate when people watch parts of a video and comment. I stated more than once in this video that THIS guitar is bad. I did not say all Jets were bad. That's you reading into it. And I did not say other reviewers are liars... I said that I don't understand why these 300 series teles get such high praise. Even on one where the bones were good, unlike mine, they would still have cheap hardware, cheap electronics, and more than likely a poor set up. For 400$ dollars this guitar should at least be better than a budget 109$ tele you can buy off Amazon, but other than the fact that they roast the neck, there is nothing here that adds up to the 400$ dollar Canadian price tag, Fact! I bought this guitar based on all of the positive reviews it gets, I hate when reviews don't keep it real as well...
Yes, its a cheap guitar but consider it's electronics like a free swap for something better. Check youtube on how awesome they sound after upgrade, totally worth it. I get mine for 9300 rubles on sale which is less then 90 bucks (brand new, unpacked), and there is a lot of guitar for such small amount of money. So if i get myself a set of electronics for another 100 bucks (used ones is okay guys, there is nothing to be broken here, save the planet) i'll have an amazing guitar for 200 bucks, nothing like it on the market for that price.
@@hinidin yup good price for sure. Here in Canada though, these 300 series are almost 400$ after taxes. This one needed a complete fret leveling crown and polish as the frets heights were very inconsistent and the 4 neck screws were stripped out in the heel of the neck. Poor QC on this one. And for 400$, definitely not worth the upgrades and the work. I returned it!😕
Thank you for the great insight! I was in the market for a tele and had a preference for roasted maple necks, saw reviews of this guitar and thought it was perfect and too good to be true. Glad to see this isn't the Fender killer it's made out to be. I got a used Squier Contemporary tele instead with a roasted maple neck and rail pickup. Actually spent less money on it than these things go for new and it plays absolutely wicked. At this price range it's better to buy a used one made by a reputable brand. I'd love it if you'd check out a Harley Benton next if you can get it shipped. I live in Germany and played those in the store, but never pulled the trigger on them even though they feel pretty decent.
Thanks man. Glad I saved you the hassle. Yeah don't know if they are all like this, but this one absolutely sucks hahaha! There isn't anything good about it. Don't know what all of these reviewers are talking about.... They must work for the company or something lol! I'll check out the HBs and see if I can get one😀
My son has a Jet Strat - the JS400 model, bought about 20 months ago. It was his first "grown up" guitar and it's actually very good. Horses for courses as they say - I wouldn't claim it would satisfy a professional musician because I'm not one and my son is just a beginner - for him it's been great and he still plays it, even though he now has several much more costly guitars in his collection. It needed a set up and new strings (don't most mail order guitars) but it's certainly good for the price. Well made, nicely finished and it plays well and sounds really good. To be fair, you're not going to get top flight electronics in anything much at the price point you're talking about here but some manufacturers are certainly better than others. His teacher is a Fender fanatic and he admitted that he was surprised both when he played it and when he did a full tear down and set up on it for him. Maybe you got a lemon...it happens but I've never had one of these in my hands so who knows? Maybe they've got a little lazy with their oversight of the factory that makes them. maybe they've changed factories....could be any number of reasons I suppose. There was certainly a lot of shoddy work and QC issues on it and all I can say is the one Jet I bought had no such issues. It also only cost £157.00 or about $269 CAD. The price you paid is pretty high - the JT300 now retails at about $169 in the UK so it's definitely in the "cheap" category - you're paying the equivalent of about £235....not so great. I'd say if you want a budget Tele style guitar, Harley Benton's Double Bound TE62DB is impossible to beat for the money (Still, amazingly, only £135 at the time of writing). Very nice instrument indeed and certainly better than this Jet in both quality and spec. If you don't like the look of binding on a Tele they also make one without the binding, the TE62. There is also the TE52 but they are very heavy, many will say too heavy but I guess that's personal and subjective. Then again, if you're not in Europe or the UK, the shipping makes Harley Benton's offerings far more expensive than we get them for. However, if you are on my side of the Pond, Thomann's website is a great place to consider for the budget conscious musician. As far as guitars go, and Harley Benton in particular, their QC has improved drastically from a few years ago and it's hard to see how they sell some of the guitars they do for the price.. They do seem to have a fair number of customers in North America nowadays, so I guess even with the cost of getting them there, those buyers still see them as a good deal.
Great info buddy thanks! Yeah this one was definitely a lemon... Even the store was shocked and they are giving me a full refund and I'm sending it back. Some RU-vid friends of mine have the Jet JS300 like your son's and they are super impressed with it... I was hoping this tele would be an equivalent but unfortunately not. Here in Canada the best bang for the buck is M-Musi and Westcreek. They give 1000 dollar fenders and Gibsons a run for their money right out of the box and I'm not even kidding! Amazing quality electronics and hardware... I haven't see any budget guitars come close as of yet, however we are pretty limited here in Canada, especially in PEI lol! Thanks for your detailed comment. Very much appreciated Keep on Rockin'!
@@j-man9457 Thanks for responding. Glad you got your money back - definitely the right thing to do from Jet's perspective and good on them for their customer care, even if it doesn't alter the disappointment. The JS 400 is the next model up from the 300 and costs slightly more - most noticeable difference is that it has a humbucker in the bridge rather than a single coil and the pickups are a step up from those in the 300 I believe. No other obvious differences based on what the company's spec sheets say. I'm not familiar with the brands you mention but curiosity got the best of me and I looked up Westcreek. Saw some nice looking models at good prices. 335 copies are always interesting and theirs look similar in price to Harley Benton's offerings - I own one of those and it's a lovely thing....the HB-35 Plus. I bought it to scratch the semi-hollow itch and have no idea how it compares to the genuine article but it's more than good enough for a total amateur like me. (EDIT - I see you have one of the Westcreek semi hollows - just watched the video - very nice and cherry red just like my HB version 😁. Very similar looking. Mine has coil splitting too - nice little touch on such a budget friendly axe). With all the far east factories making so many guitars for so many brands, it's impossible to know who is manufacturing what for who nowadays. A lot of the Chinese stuff has come a long way and is often on par, quality wise, with Indonesian and Vietnamese products. Most large retailers in my country offer their own in house branded stuff at the budget end of the market and no doubt many of those are made in the same factories and the only differences are the name and logo on the headstock. Harley Bentons are largely manufactured in China with a few exceptions and the quality is fine. Thomann are a huge European musical instrument company based in Germany and sell a lot more than just guitars - my guess is that their sheer size and buying power mean that they can demand a lot from the manufacturers, and hold them to certain standards if they want to retain the business - the volume of which must be significant. Anyway, one thing's for sure - cheap guitars are leagues ahead of what they used to be 40 years ago and that's something we all can and should be grateful for.
@@j-man9457 Ah, OK that makes more sense - should have realized you didn't buy it direct from Jet themselves. Rather far from home for you! I'm sure the retailer will have something to say to JET too - at least I would hope so. Hopefully your feedback will result in something positive at Jet's end of the chain.
Folks build it up for others just to get more clicks and views. I liked your comment when you said "what are you guys playing at home that is so terrible?"
Hahaha well makes me wonder because they are praising this guitar... And maybe it is really good but mine wasn't lol! But even if the neck and frets and body would have been good, the pickups, electronics, hardware and nut are super cheap! So again, what are these guys playing at home, for them to think that these are good out of the box?! 🤨🤔 Hahaha! Thanks for your comment!
I got lot of affordables of different brands. The fretjob to begin with sucks on almost all of them, frets are slammed in place in an great hurry. They are of an very very fast making and by that as affordable. On the best one a fret leveling only. I hoped not but in the end as leaving that wierd highleg factory setup with an dead straight neck it all fell. I had to start all over following the chain where nothing was set as according to the book but to play, forced into service. I could play it fine as it came and so will skilled players for those few minutes needed. It will depend on the player the style he plays and so on. Lot of guys are jumping of joy about their affordables well one are to belive them.
No there isnt but people seems to be as satisfyed. As being younger I sold off my worst crap Thomann and J&D guitars beyound salvation with some profit. I made them look good and as "playable". They went off in no time happy days no one complained I got an name as being an guitar guru. One localy famous bluescat came nocking on my door demanding my Maestro by Gibson LP Junior clone that was crap and out for sell he would not leave without it. This makes me wonder.
I think you are just supposed to play some heavy metal music and say you love it. That's what most reviewers do. But I think a few really are honest, like yours, and 2bikemike and Scarr, oh, and MusicNGear.
woooo giggety! tell it like it is brother! man i hope they make things right for ya....this one must of been "bottom of the barrel" defective wowzerrz!
