@@MoolsDogTwoOfficial thanks dude! Yeah I only went from Rio to London but it’s somehow affecting me badly, hopefully it surpasses soon, your flight destination sounded much harder haha
@@simothy_ Partially. Stress makes jet lag worse, so normally unnoticeable levels of jet lag can massively increase when you get stressed from anger. Making it seem like the jet lag occurred from the anger.
I went on my first overseas trip which was a 20 hour flight and completely opposite time zone, now I've been jet lagged for a week and I can't fix it 😢
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing jet lag after your long flight. Have you tried adjusting your sleep schedule gradually and spending time in natural light to help reset your internal clock?
@millysmanifestations Traveling across time zones can really mess with your sleep schedule! It sounds like jet lag might be hitting you hard. Try to get some natural light during the day, stay hydrated, and gradually adjust to the local time. A short nap might help, but avoid long naps to reset your internal clock faster. Hope you catch up on rest soon! 😴🌍✨
@NoobEditz9496 That sounds like a whirlwind trip! 😅 At least you got a little rest in during the flight. Hopefully, you’ll have time to catch up on sleep once you land. Safe travels and enjoy the journey from Hawaii to Korea! 🌍✈️😴
I thought that jet lag was when you are so tired that it's like a turbocharged car with a large turbo which is a turbine and when you put your foot in it it doesn't respond.
@MichaelaVuVanova Jet lag can be really tough to deal with! It occurs when your body's internal clock is out of sync with the time zone you're in after traveling. Common symptoms include fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and sleep disturbances. To help manage jet lag, try gradually adjusting your sleep schedule before your trip, staying hydrated, and getting sunlight exposure upon arrival. Remember to give your body time to adjust, and take care of yourself! ❤️👨🏻⚕️ If you have any specific concerns or questions about managing jet lag, feel free to ask!
