I heard of a theory once which said that everything in life is perfect the way it is. If things were even a little bit different then earth itself would not have been able to sustain life, at least not the way it currently does. which is why our (shared) reality is perfect just the way it is
+Alex Weigandt Well his RU-vid channel is quite humble. I suppose he doesn't want to be out in the big world doing those things, or maybe too many students? Idk kinda like how some artist just like to draw rather than sell everything for $ It's not a bad thing but I guess he doesn't prefer it I'm not really sure.
hey yall ive been doin karate for 6 years....could someone explain to me what hes always saying about impulsive relaxation? does he really just mean quickly relax after striking? only real answers from people with XP
hello, i've been kung jung mu sul for 11 years, hope my experience may help you. It's a motion, first relax and feel how the gravity tends to constrict down your body, and then use this little motion to transfer it to the punch throught moving parts of your body and your joints. DK Yoo told that you need to be aware of the 5 pointed chain to make a punch. Foot-waist-shoulder-elbow-hand. Also as you said, you must relax after the strike in order to transfer all the "energy" you gathered from the foot with the legs to the enemy. All the tension you make will reduce the force arriving to him and will tranfer a bit backwards after striking. Pure physics action-repulsion, you must avoid repulsion when striking. So in fact is relax-strike-relax Sorry for my poor English, tried my best :D
