Will, the Marine Mat site lists a number of boats as already templated, but there were no Chapparal/Vortex boats. Do you plan to get those "templated out" for future purchases? Not sure if maybe those existing SeaDek templates can easily port over to Marine Mat. Thank you for this video detailing the upcoming changes!
Yes basically all jet boat files were developed by Jetboatpilot and can be cut from any sheet product. So our website will list the same offering as we do now cut from Marine Mat sheet product. We have all of the Vortex Boats listed on our site now and all of the Vortex kits will be available in SeaDek sheet material till March 31. Then on April 1 we'll be advertising the same kit fabricated from Marine Mat sheet material.
Hello JBP, i need two replacement cutouts on my swim deck platform. Original is oem seadek in my 2019 AR 240. By replacing with marine mat, will it pretty much appear identical? There will be cutouts that are side by side and am concerned they will not look exactly identical.I received a sample piece but not still not sure. I just want your reassurance it will appear identical before ordering. Thank you!!
Yes we do. We actually don't sell the snap down for several reasons and that one is the main reason we got into the business to start with. I hated stepping on the snaps when the carpet was out of my boat. If you want to order matching color for your boat we have cool color in stock now and warm color on the way. We can do the whole boat. All those pads have been designed and perfected for a perfect fit.
Prices will remain the same. We don't have any plans for a price increase this year. This could change if we get a bunch of increases from our supplier. But for now I can tell you the price increase we had slated for June will not happen, at least not for the Marine Mat segment of our business.
This is awesome news! Any info on if you will plan to offer the option of marine mat with the snaps so you can remove it like you can with the carpet in the older models and like the marine mat thats in the newer models?
Will there be a MarineMat group buy option this year like you’ve done with SeaDek in the past? I was holding out for that to roll around before placing an order.
