Hello there, a quick question about the dates. I see that once someone has booked for a specific room the dates become un-available for that specific room. Does this apply for all the rooms or are the booking form calendars separate per room. as for my website I'm looking for a plug in where people can book different things on the same days. thanks for any help !

One question, this video is from 2020, today (feb-2024) when I follow the process the form ends up being created in JetFormBuilder, which has a different layout than the one shown in the video. What should I do in this case, use the form automatically created in JetForm or create a new form in JetEngine?

I have a client who runs a fitness retreat that is only available to book starting on Sundays and runs for 1 week or 2 weeks. Is there a way to set this up? It would be like a week-long "appointment" but, the appointment plugin does not allow for these long periods.

Hi! You can use both plugins. With JetAppointment you can build websites for the services providers. The user can book the services and select a date and a time slot available in the provider’s schedule. JetBooking plugin is for rent and booking services, such as vehicles, apartments, etc. Also, thank you for your suggestion! Probably, we'll make a more detailed video. This video has been a great help in my building of a site for a self-catering cottage. My client takes a 50% deposit up front at time of booking, so if I have a field to calculate the total, then a second to calculate the deposit, I can use the deposit calculation to feed through to WooCommerce for the deposit payment? Very nice tutorial. Excellent plugin but I can't use it because it needs more advanced price calculation. High season, low season, XMas period, Eastern period, all different prices for the same unit. I hope this possibility will come soon...

Could I use this plugin for a Bus ticket booking website? First, I was thinking of using Jet appoiment but I need different time ranges, different type of buses, different departure times and prices. Hello Mara! You're right, JetAppointment won't cover the goals you have as it was done for scheduling appointments on an hourly basis. However, JetBooking plugin is mainly used for booking some items, for example, you can create a CPT "Transportation" and under it create different directions. This is good however the possibility to insert seasonal prices is missing and this made me find a different solution as it is not working for what I need. Prices changes all the time according to season not only for number of nights. Any chance you will add this option soon?

I'm having a hard time deciding which plug-in to go with. I am a web and graphic designer and would like my clients to be able to book a time from half an hour and up. Most of the time the bookings would not have a fee. It needs to be able to allow me to block dates and times frequently for not available. Syncing with my iCal would be a plus.

It comes with WooCommerce integration allowing to pay for the booked items. ICal sync option, unfortunately, isn't available in JetAppointment. @@Crocoblock normal, when ordering a car, or room, you choose a date, if the car for the date I choose is busy or reserved, a message will appear, stating that the car is reserved from for example, 24.03.2022 to 26.03 .2022 or the message shows RESERVED. do crocoblocks have anything like that? if not, you do not intend to add this as well.

A confirmation of the reservation + the contract for self-signature is sent to the user by mail
Hello! Sorry, but such a scenario can't be done with JetBooking plugin. Our plugin is based on selecting the period of booking, form completion and making payment (if WooCommerce integration is enabled). When all those actions are done, a user will receive a confirmation that he successfully booked a room.

One basic feature missing, the Number of rooms (Room quantity) not available in Jet Booking. A user only book a single room at one time which is not good because if any user wants 2 or 3 rooms in the same hotel then what does he/she do? will he/she create a new booking for another room in the same hotel?

Hello! With Crocoblock, we have two plugins with booking functionality: JetBooking and JetAppointment. However, they differ. JetBooking allows booking items per date period (minimum one day to book). @@Crocoblock with jet appointment hourly availability is set globally, we do't have ability to set different time per item in CPT example we 3 classes in every Monday, one is 8AM ,9AM,10AM with jet appointment this time will come-out as global rule for all all Monday classes and we don't want that .We want class A - 8am, class B 9Am ,Class C 10am only, and class represent as CPT.. how can we select the availability inside the CPT not on the global setting? and create booking form

@@Crocoblock Following this tutorial or installing the Barber demo site, I can not choose more time slots than 1. So I can only book 11-12 for example, but I can not choose longer slots. 11-12 + 12-13+13-14. This is for booking rooms like conference rooms etc. SO you book rooms per 60 min, or 30 min minimum limit. But then choosing is not possible I can not find where this is even a thing. TO pick more time slots.
