I've got the exact same machine on the new anti vibration stainless trolley. It is a monster. On some machines you'll see the reel mounted on the front. It's so much better balanced when mounted on the back. Talk to Jetmac. Fantastic supplier
If you look at the pump on the machine, on top of the pump there is a black cylinder shaped knob. This knob can be used to reduce the pump pressure, if you are washing more delicate surfaces etc. For protecting Windows get a couple of sheets of correx floor protection sheet, this is a lightweight corrugated plastic sheet that works wonders for protecting doors wi down etc you can fold it in half if needed to get it in the van or trailer etc or cut it with a Stanley knife.
When you get a chance you should upgrade your trigger gun to a Suttner trigger gun they are the best trigger guns on the market for jetwashing and are made in Germany Q Washers sell them on there eBay shop you could send them a message they would advise what Suttner trigger gun to buy, that trigger gun that came with the pressure washer is probably a cheap Chinese generic trigger gun. It looks a powerful machine the black hose reel holding the pressure hose is only rated for domestic use I think they can eventually leak water the red hose reels with external swivel that can be replaced are apparently the best on the market. At least you bought a reduction gearbox pressure washer that should last you a long time👍 if you follow Q Washers on RU-vid he put up a recent RU-vid video explaining the difference between the black hose reel you have and the red hose reel. You could probably upgrade the lance that comes with the pressure washer as well it looks a bit short and your probably going to have lean over more when pressure washing as you are taller in height. Anyway it is a nice machine and hopefully it gives you years of service 👍👍👍
Your right about getting a longer lance, in the past i used to do a lot of pressure washing, sometimes 8 hour days with it and used to get quite a bad back up to the point I changed my lance. Useful to upgrade the entire lance and trigger etc and keep the supplied one back as a spare.
Thanks for the video. Interesting to note there was no chemical cleaner used with black spots left on the paving stones. How are you adding cleaning solution to the machine and how do you ensure a consistent mix or is it a case of having to put chemical directly over the pathway itself? John
