as a pack fan, under matt lafleur with aarod now with jordan love such a big difference. it was aaron rodger's offense under Lafleur. now its Lafleur's offense. so much more fun to watch and more aggressive. with the jets, its rodgers' offense. i dont care if its hackett or downing it will still be rodgers' offense. if he doesnt evolve, open to new ideas - concepts, the jets will have no shot because all the smart DCs will be all over his recycled offense.

I’m not out on Sean yet, he’s turning sht into gold with that roster somehow and did that last year too. Couple more years of good drafts and take away his challenge flag and I think he’s taking Denver to the playoffs regularly

The Jets are a dysfunctional organization... As a Mets fan i know what a dysfunctional organization looks like, and the Jets are one of them. I've also watched the Mets hang their hopes on a "passed their prime" old veteran to try and take them to the promised land. The Mets have done that a lot and it never works. Seen that script way too much. The Mets have a new owner now and he literally fired everyone in order to exercise the demons. The Jets will definitely need to do the same.

Great question! The Raiders were ranked 23rd in offense when he was the OC there. In Tennessee, he completely underutilized AJ Brown and the offense regressed badly after Arthur Smith left. In his last stint as OC, the Titans ranked 30th in total offense and 28th in scoring, which is what leads me to thinking it will be a lateral move for the Jets.

As one myself I can assure you that the mist will clear and the sun will shine forth, declaring the truth you didn't want to hear. Gentlemen, NY is deeply flawed. The non-hug clearly showed animosity between those two. Owner calls Rogers day before, fires coach next day. Major problem is Roger’s has more power than the coach. Cannot run a successful team with that hierarchy problem. The reality is Roger’s is a shell of his former performance. Trade or ditch Rogers before that program can win. No surprise iconic coach prospect wrote “no way” on the cocktail napkin. Business revolves on pen and napkin.

This just confirms that Sam Darnold's steep decline is on the way. I was worried we didn't have a clear path for Rodgers taking over the Vikings next season, but now we at least have the Jets side of it. The Rodgers-Jets relationship is basically over. Its not only a play call issue. It has been an execution issue. Thats partially why Rodgers would get pissed. Hacket wasnt a good OC but the players were horrible with the run blocking also. The proper adjustnents werent made also
