I expect him to be average, but make a few impressive throws that impress. But not enough to really win anything. I also expect him to get hurt and not make it through the season.
Love this show. Love Rich’s unabashed love affair with the Jets and Wolverines. As a lifelong Bills fan, I don’t mind at all if the Jets stink every year. The facts of life in the sports world are what they are: any team in any sport that is based in NYC is going to get the press good or bad.
I remember my joint practices, then like magic one day I could roll the perfect joint. This may be an anecdotal story to you but I count it as proof that practice does make perfect! 😉
Preseason games don’t matter as far as win-loss. It’s about getting the starters in sync and cutting down the roster. The starters don’t play much and don’t play at 100%, the players on the Bubble are the ones playing hard.

Just hire "Ted Lasso". He's the Jets last hope. And just start Tyrod Taylor already. He will do much better. Demote Aaron to Gatorade duties so he can reflect on his time in F'ing Egypt, and not being there for his teammates.
Rodgers probably would have been better prepared if he had spent training camp training and practicing with his teammates. I'm sure Egypt was cool though.
I remember last year it was nothing but positive and that didn't work out! This year its the opposite, I said day 1 get rid of everyone from green bay. This year I'm saying it'll be a positive year. We have qbs that can do the job when rodgers fakes an injury

In fact, I attended the Chiefs-Bears pre-season game last night. The Bears dominated Kansas City on the surface. Below the surface, KC played the entire game with variations of the same 19 offensive plays, fixing shifts and routes. NFL teams will look off until week 1 then in week 1 we will see several surprises and 'upsets' due to teams having no new opponent footage to dissect. By week 5, the cream begins to slowly rise to the top. Rinse and repeat - the media needs to stop crucifying players for not earning gold jackets during the summer months.

If only Rodgers joined RFK'S ticket, although it would have been too much of a ego hit for Rodgers when RFK gets less than 7% of the vote. That stain on his name might have finally made him go away, though.
