Today we are going to talk about TO LIFT items - Training, Operations, Legal, Finance, Tax. If we get into the weeds on all these topics with our client base, we are going to get great results and a positive outcome for the project. Some of our clients have already had some of these items addressed at some level, while some clients are completely blind. Other clients have 35-80% of the topic areas already covered. We feather ourselves in with all of those TO LIFT items to see where there are gaps, where there needs to be clarity, and what resources we can provide to our client base to make it a smooth transaction and paint good expectations. By us laying all of those topic areas out from the very beginning and tracking through multiple checklists we have internally, they can very clearly see what the next step is in the process and how it affects the next step after that and so forth. TO LIFT is the backbone of what we do and it has made us a valuable resource and partner with our client base.
