Jev not hearing about dogs who will chase down women in their own street just to maul them on their front garden infront of their kids is both a blessing and a curse. Being hurt by a dog is one thing as a kid. But dogs will indeed absolutely kill you if they think it’s “necessary”. Animals are exactly that. Animals. And there are quite a lot that will kill you. Sure you may not find all of them on the street. But dogs are indeed a very common one that you will. Just the ones that are trained not to are plentiful in the ones you see.
