To get to the site from T2 and T3 where the fountain is: Take the connecting bridge to L2, Departures Hall and walk 10 minutes to reach Jewel Changi and Rain Vortex . From T4: Take the free shuttle bus from T4 Arrivals to Jewel Changi.
