I had a job in downtown Milwaukee in 2016-2018. I used to walk over to the Memorial building on the lake almost everyday. One day they were doing a medal ceremony and they asked everyone to stand. I was just walking by when I saw everyone come to attention. I stopped what I was doing and placed my hand over my heart. I was disappointed that most everyone else just went upon their business. When I got back to the office I told my coworkers about what happened and how I didn't like it. One lady in the office said those are the kneelers.
