I have many silver rings , ive been using them since years and they still intact with all the rough daily usage. I bought one chain from giva its tarnished completely within 2 uses. May i know why the difference ? Are u aware that ur brand is gaining bad reputation and we all know how this ends .

This happened with me as well. I ordered 2 rings as well and the gold plating started coming off within 3 days. Even a cheap ring lasts much longer than this. Very disappointed with the quality.

I brought a rose gold ring for my gf and it was supposed to be ‘ sterling silver’ but after a day it all the paint went off and turned out to be copper

I bought one too. They did tell us that it isn't for daily use although it was silver, which doesn't really make sense. They also told us it was because of the rhodium plating which is basically pointless and adding to the cost of the product. It is better buying silver jewellery from local shops or other sources for better quality

Agar sab ka gold ya rose gold ka jwellery fade ho raha hain to ap silver ka kharidlo .. tarnishing ek natural process hain..water ph soap ph. Natural gas reactions ke liye hota hian..and its your duty to take care abd wash your ring atleast once in a month.. after washing and removing tarnish you can surely get the shine again

You should make waterproof and anti tarnish jwellery... we love our jewellery bcs these are special for us, please understand and make nice quality jewellery.. i want to order a couple ring for a special day but i am scared of tarnishing..

I had ordered a chain and it tarnished within two uses. My friend gifted me a ring from giva which also tarnished way too early. Its really upset to be spending so much money and getting it ruined.

it is so fake my pendant got tarnished and turned completely black in 2 uses only even after following all there instruction giva is not a trustworthy brand it was gifted to me by my loved one and now i am so heart broken even if they give lifetime platting no one is soo free to get it platted after every week

Hello Vaishnavi. There is no need to be worried about it. If you do not like the product you can have it returned for a full refund within the 30 days duration from the date the product was delivered. Even after 30 days if you wish to use the product and there is an issue, you may claim warranty for upto 6 months to receive a replacement. Unless, if the product is not in stock we will offer a wallet refund. Hope that answers your question.
