And, there is a lot of difference between real diamonds and artificial ones. You clearly aren't used to jewellery if you think otherwise. First of all their value is drastically different, their chemical composition is different and a lot of the artificial diamonds look 'too perfect'. There are a lot of other differences too but I can't bother googling.

I never had braces (needed them tho) , so when I finally got the 💵 I bought a grill (well 2 sets, I upgraded) .... I'm too old for braces now, so I opted for a grill. Before the replies come in.... I know theres alot of haters who gonna talk 💩 .... but there's alot of women out there who love em (I dont care if they gold diggers) 👍
