The range for festive meals depends on how many meals you count for Yom Kippur which depends on minhag (custom), just the meal before, or the meal after too (some make a big meat meal and others just something light like pasta or bagels). And also on if you make a seuda (festive meal) on Hoshana Raba or not. Either way, it's a lot of cooking!
