This was an incredibly interesting video, thank you so much for putting it together. My grandmother, rest her soul, was a Romani Gypsy. She, like your wife, married a "gadjo". Their daughter, my mother, likewise. So despite not being a bonafide Gypsy (Maybe I am if you take the Jewish view 🤔), I've had a strong and growing spiritual connection with my heritage, especially in recent years. Without ever being told, I've always felt the we are of the lost tribes of Israel. It is a bitter pill to swallow, isn't it? We usually see them portrayed as racism, but if the Nazis were just racist (they were, but not just that), then why did they get on so well with the Turks, Arabs and Iranians (the word 'Iran' is connected to the word 'aryan')? The real situation is infinitely more complex than the simplistic one presented in historical documentaries. It is incredibly sad to think that the holocaust had such a foundation, but it does present hope - they could escape the next holocaust! There will inevitably be another one (it is described in the Bible), but they have a choice - if they turn to God in repentance and faith. They will get persecuted for being Christians, but at least it will be for a worthy cause, their faith, instead of wasting their lives in disobedience. The Bible describes end-times events which will be global, so Jews and Gypsies will be targeted all over - nowhere to escape to. Some believe that is the event called 'Jacob's Trouble' (Jacob was the first name of Israel, their father). We have a choice: suffer persecution for a time as Christians, but then be redeemed (we want that!), or suffer the wrath of God and be eternally condemned (you don't want that!).
