Hello,can you make video on how SMO shaft is made,we want to see the tech inside the shaft and see the difference to others shafts like revo,cynergy,ignite,we dont want to cut the shaft just to see what’s inside so maybe you can help us with our curiosity.thanks
Interesting, looks like quality work. I wonder why my 2 carbon shafts have dings and wobbles right from the factory. It seems you get what you pay for.
@@BillyO8828 It's the indian, not the arrow, but that doesn't change the fact that there are right and wrong ways to build cues. We haven't even touched the worker rights and safety in China or the lax copyright laws or enviromental concerns. Some pro's are very interested in cues and they are personally cue collectors, but some don't care much at all. I make and repairs cues, when I play it's just for relaxing. I play almost exclusively 14.1
@@BillyO8828 Once you get past the $600 range with a maple shaft and about a grand with a carbon fibre shaft, it's all woods, inlays, points, rare materials etc. I've been selling cues for 12 years and I have never promised customers that buing a more expensive cue will make them a better player. But if pool is your thing and you like nice things, you probably at one point want a nice cue, for some that's a production cue and for some that's a custom, you have options no production brand can offer, woods like bimblebox or thuya burl, desert ironwood, all kinds of inlays, veneers, points, recut points and so on. Like a piece of functional art that also happens to be the weight, balance and feel you prefer :)
