This is my review and flight of the JH 4ch Gunship. I previously reviewed the 3ch version, and liked it, so I figured I'd check out the 4ch version. This is the first 4ch coaxial helicopter I've ever flown, and I was pleasantly surprised with how well the 4ch control works. I was also really impressed to find out that the transmitter has a switch to change between Mode 2 and Mode 4 control. Mode 4 keeps the right stick the same as in a 3ch helicopter, making it useful for people moving from 3ch to 4ch control, who can then move on to Mode 2 (the standard) as they learn.

You need to get the Avatar YD-711 4 channel 2.4G helicopter. It would be neat to see all three side by side. I believe people moving from 3 to 4 channel should go straight to Mode 2. Why learn Mode 4 when you will never see it again. It will actually be harder to learn Mode 2 later.

I agree! And that is why I won't buy the YD-711. I don't want to even try flying Mode 4, especially not for how expensive it is. I'd consider it if they had a Mode 2 version.

That is a dumb move to market a Mode 4 in the U.S. Outside, it's not too bad, but indoors it's hard to fly Mode 4.

It says $30.99 not $20+-, but even then, it's great price. Can I ask when you ordered and how much? Stability is very promising. Now; with all the right things going for it, if they can maybe make a slightly bigger one with 2.4Ghz that shoots darts and drops paintball bomb, I would cancel some of my "to order soon" items and pay $50 - $60.

Flyin' Ryan RC Thanks for another great review. Oh Man! I crossed off this type of heli off my to buy list, but now this one makes me wonder. I would like to see the helis in the future combine some features. I would be nice if one heli could shoot dart and water.. and maybe a momentary laser pointer to "predict" the hit of dart and water.. If you want a better product, you have to give em some suggestions.. otherwise there still would be msg in Chinese food. I am starting to feel some appreciation for their contributions, now. :-)

Jamie Lee Ah, yeah, the price has indeed gone up... looks like it's due to the fact that it is in the US warehouse now. So, faster shipping, but higher prices. :( I like your idea for a version that can shoot projectiles. :D

Yeah, it really is! I was surprised by how long the flight time is still with all those motors. And this was even cheaper than the 3ch version! I've had some weird delays with Tmart, but I'll probably keep ordering from them. They have a few things that Banggood does not have.

Yeah, I haven't gotten an order close to that fast since. It was right before Chinese New Year, so I think Banggood rushed it out, and Germany didn't keep it in customs for too long.

Nice little piece of gear for the price. I think i'm going to stay away from IR controlled stuff from here on out. I had a little Propel RC copter that was IR and sometimes it just didn't work all that well, especially once the controller batteries got a little weak.

Yeah, IR is a pretty big limitation. I've had issues when flying them around my TV, but have never had issues with them in my bright lights while filming, interestingly.

LOL! The OCD side of me feels the furious every time I try to make all the plastic bits symmetrical. :)~ It is indeed quite nice for the price though. :)

I ordered a helicopter from Tmart over 3 months ago and still have not received it. Customer service has been jerking me around. I will never buy anything from them again, thats for sure.

Hey, Rayan I have problem thaty quad fq777-954 flips on take off, I have felling thati it is because of that one motor is weaker or prop sliws down its self, if u want to we claud make skype call abd realise problem, I bought it just today and I was able to fly only for 2 mins, then it broke
