Being a Bengali, we eat it almost every evening. We also add some peanuts and fried papad to it, along with a little mustard oil,,, sometimes we add carrots also into it..it enhances the taste of jhal mudi😋❤️

This is an extremely popular evening snack but most of the times we don't roast them on oven we just add little bit of mustard oil and chanachur (IDK what that's called in Hindi) and onions and mix them with hand. The recipe shown by you is also very delicious but is sold mostly as packed ones bought from stores not made in homes.

It is very famous in West Bengal...we mostly have this in evening snacks as it is easy to make. We don't roast it like you did . We chop some onions, tomato, green chilli, cucumber and mix them with this moori and also add some mustard oil , salt, lemon drops , and namkeen. Trust me it will taste delicious. Please try it you will love it
It's one of my favorite evening snacks. I add cucumber and peanuts also. Mastered oil is best to have ,but if anyone don't like the smell of that oil, you can add little oilive oil
Actually the authentic way is to add some acchar and chanachur (churmur) (but if that is not available u can add kur kure or that kinda Staff) u can also add some chola if u want

App na Ismai boiled potatoes and Jo readymade wai wai aata hai if you crush it and mix it will tasty great . Also there is a chilly name dalle you can also try that. Because when I was in hostel jhal muri was our regular snacks during mid night while we were busy with our assignments .
