I wanted to share... I had a girl I was with for 7yrs. I thought she was going to be around and be mine forever. Her dad ended passing away. It changed her and I didn't know what to do, I prayed for her happiness and asked god to take away her pain. Couple months later she broke up with me. She said she needed to be happy alone. I was so hurt and it took me soo fucking long to let go. I still love her to this day but what I've heard from mutual friends shes happy and with someone else... tbh the pain I feel is worth it, as long as she is happy... I mean I prayed for that... 10k memories

But now he’s gone I’m hurt because no matter our issues in the past he was my father and he loved me…. Now all I wish I could do is hug him and tell him how much I love him and thank him for everything he tried to do for me growing up. This song holds so much truth… Don’t Take It For Granted.

I commented on this video 8 months ago, my daughters dad was here 8 months ago, now he’s not. He got shot October of 2019 in his & was paralyzed from the neck down, he was 20yrs old. He passed away 09/03/23 he was 24, his birthday was 09/01 & mines is 09/02. I lost my Grandmother a few years ago and that verse hit me so hard. My sister FT me and I was at the gym playing basketball. I answered the phone and saw my Grandmother on the other side of the camera. It took everything in me not to let her see tears in my eyes. I never knew that would be the last time I would see her alive, just days before she passed. I promised her, I’d make something of myself. Although I could not be there for her funeral, she will always be in my heart. Rest in Paradise Grandma. I love you💙
