Kalpana has a penchant for lying. Despite receiving repeated warnings from her brother Kamal, Kaplana refuses to change. Kamal is in love with his neighbour Seema. Kalpana's sister Alpana, is in love with Rasiklal but her mother fixes her marriage with Dr. Anil Gupta. Kalpana tells her mother that Dr. Anil Gupta is a characterless man and thus stops her wedding. Later Kalpana herself, falls in love with Dr. Gupta. Watch what happens when Kalpana is forced to lie in court to save Dr. Gupta's younger brother but puts herself in deep trouble due to her constant lies.
