Jiang Chi is just so adorable 😭💜 He really likes Baixu I don't want them to fight like ever but Baixu is still low-key lying to him and to himself because "brothers" don't kiss like that 😂

Jiang Chi was immediately looking for Bu Xia once he came back and the first thing he did when he saw him again was taking care of him 0:36 0:51 0:57 the way he wants to shield him from the cold when he doesn’t even know that he’s mostly a shield that keeps the ghosts away and he looks happy with Bu Xia, who makes him feel special 1:20 who makes him feel like someone else needs him 0:59 and that he can be a comfort for a person 1:16 which is why he will be hurt once he learns he’s a ghost protector and this closeness is because of it, but I know that once Bu Xia finally acknowledges his feelings he’s gonna see the difference, because you can tell he’s already affected by all the things happening between them. The way Jiang Chi didn’t want to let go of him 1:25 as if he’s also his comfort and after knowing he has family issues, maybe he is holding onto this to be at ease again 😭 and I understand why he felt like kissing him 1:43 but I absolutely love that Bu Xia didn’t just stay there reciprocating the kiss when he was confused about it. He recoiled 1:53 which is refreshing to see. He was really confused 2:13 his inner turmoil 2:24 2:28 😅 they are cute together 💕

up until 2:11 it looked like both were on the same page but apparently not. so how to solve the 'misunderstanding'? some brief lie, some internal thoughts followed by an admission. so far easy to follow. but does the subsequent trail of thoughts make any sense to you: 'I was exhausted these days and it was so good to see you [...therefore I couldn't stop myself from kissing you]. We're all men, so would you mind?' would you mind - what? getting kissed? I don't get it. what is he trying to say here? what difference does it make that they are both men?
