The action sequences in behan ka bhai k liay jigra must be copied too, from thousand korean/ hong kong movies.

Jigra had all cliches of an 80s masala movie but without the masala. Went for Vasan Bala and alia, but I'm highly disappointed. Slow, not engaging and cannot relate. Kuch bhi ho raha hai movie. BIG OPPORTUNITY LOST for the makers. Very convenient plot not convincing

Good you are back Anupama . Needed that little bit of polite criticism of poorly made movies . This is one of the. Badly scripted leaving all the heavy lifting to the poor producer actor Alia and her character colleagues like Pahwa and Ravindran and even jailer Vivek who are at least believable The rest is all bunkum.

This constant promotion of Alia bhatt’s mediocre acting by anupama Chopra and other paid critics is what has ruined the quality in Bollywood. If Jigra fails the blame will go to Vasan Bala and his career will be ruined .. who infact had no say in films casting. How many good roles have been ruined by dharma productions pushing Alia down our throats. In my lifetime I’ve seen only 2 supremely versatile actresses that’s rani Mukherji and kangana ranaut. There are also vidya Balan tabu. Then there are all rounders who score people heart line madhuri, kareena, Katrina, deepika .. who have the star quality and aura. Which currently sharaddha kapoor displays. Alia bhattt ranks very very low and is a big losing proposition at the box office. An entire industry backs her up with positive reviews, heavy PR and international brands, staging her as a superstar and yet she fails to make an impact at the box office. Critics like anupama chopra have to take responsibility for building up mediocre talents in Bollywood and ruining careers of real talent.

Expected better from Dharma and Alia Bhatt....the film has NO emotion only thrives on action and style....vedang is the best thing about the film..Alia as always is good..but nowhere close to her super performances we have seen ....Shout out to DHARMA PROD - Kjo plz kick your content team. Dharma must get back to the comedy-dramas, rom coms , patriotic films and such films...missed the Dharma music. no more Indie films FFS
