The toothbrush didn't have acid in it, and this isn't the original video. These guys were recreating what Jihadi John did when doing his executions/beheadings, or otherwise mock executions but with a toothbrush instead.

Explanation/Context: The video you see now is a video of a extremist called "Jihadi John". His real name is Mohammed Emwazi. He is seen in multiple videos slitting peoples throats. He is well known. He worked for ISIS. He is seen in this video, ready to slit a throat. This video is not the actual video but he does do this. Instead, he pulls out a toothbrush and starts to brush the victims teeth. People might think "Its just a toothbrush. Dentist recommend" but it is way different and far more painful. He is brushing the victims teeth with acid. The victims teeth gets erased from the mouth. More injuries and later on, death will/may occur. We don't know a lot about this victim but he probably died. Jihadi John did horrible thing to victim in the past/present recording of the time. Jihad against poor Karius and Baktus. Shout out to my Norwegian peeps who understands who I'm talking about. They're basically small dudes who lives in your mouth spending their days mining on your teeth, digging cavities. They live off of sugar and sweets and their biggest enemy is Jens' mum who is forcing him to brush his teeth, but he fortunately doesn't listen until poor Jens starts getting toothaches and have to go to the dentist. It was supposed to make kids brush their teeth, but almost everyone I know thought it was so fucking cool having them living in your mouth. They basically look like the cartoon versions of Trippie Redd and 6ixn9ne, just fewer teeth and I think Karius and Baktus are significantly smarter
