I have a theory about why Jungkook and Jimin had the rain fight which may have been very important and I believe it was a huge turning point in their relationship. I have always been a fan of Jikook even from their early days, so the second Jimin said "this happened 4-5 years ago" a lot of things started to fall into place. First off, any army or supporters of Jikook would know that back then (2015-2016) Jimin was noticeably distancing himself from Jungkook, which was a big contrast to the way he used to be with him (constantly expressing his liking for Jungkook despite there being camaras) so just imagine how much affection he was showing when there wasn't any cameras or people crowding them. Unfortunately, in many clips from the past Jungkook denies Jimin's love and affection for him, and sometimes even harshly (this could be why many other ships think Jungkook hates Jimin despite him being like this many years ago.) Jimin may have been keeping all of that frustration at Jungkook all bottled up and at the practice studio he called him out, not being able to handle it anymore (he must of been veryyy angry to have snapped at a crying Jungkook, the person he would rarely lash out at.) Jimin telling Jungkook "just do whatever you want" could be his response to Jungkook's excuses on why he acted that way with Jimin. Jungkook was probably unaware at the time of what exactly his denial was doing to Jimin, which may have been the reason why he was so sorry to the point where he was sobbing. The topic was to say something you are sorry about to the person next to you, and Jungkook could have said anything but he brings up a fight that happened nearly 5 years ago. Even before I watched this festa, I have always wondered, what happened to Jimin and Jungkook? What changed? Why was Jungkook suddenly so comfortable and loving to Jimin as opposed to how he was in the past? Like I said before this fight was the turning point in their relationship and it also helped Jungkook better realize his true feelings for Jimin, which was probably why Jimin stepped in and explained the story for Jungkook because he knew he would say too much. By the way, I find it interesting that neither Jungkook nor Jimin explained to the others why the fight happened in the first place, this just shows to prove they were in a private setting where none of the other members were around, (the others had no idea what Jimin was talking about when he was saying the story, and you can tell from their reactions) and this is something that they don't want to completly share to the world because it would reveal too much of their relationship and the reason was very private and intimate which was something only Jimin and Jungkook should know about. I hope this theory makes sense to everyone who is reading this and that my words don't sound delusional, please let me know if you agree with this :) EDIT (after reading the comments): So according to Korean fans, Jimin actually said "I won't care for you anymore so do whatever you want," Instead of only 'do whatever you want'. The 'anymore' really stood out to me and when you tie it with my theory it's like he is saying: I've been showing all of this love and care to you, only for you to ignore/reject me back, so I am no longer gonna care for you anymore. And also apparently Yoongi really said "you weren't even a couple then" which is so telling and its definetly possible the fight pushed them forward in a romantic direction.

When jk said "jimin... Love you" I was like really jk in front of all those people and army be like pretend they didn't hear anything

Oh WOW! Thank you SO much for such an interesting video that explains a LOT! I had heard that the official English translation for the 'Rainy-Day Fight' was not complete some how. Now your video helps to explain the extent of Jimin's anger; why Jungkook was so distraught and got lost when he obviously ran after Jimin when he left the studio! AND why Jungkok "cried a lot that day". Also the translation of what Yoongi said is also fascinating! WOW whatever the subject of the fight it was significant enough for Jungkook to actually bring it up publicly and apologize to Jimin AGAIN!!! Jikook LIVES!
