Fender gets so much credit for still running this clip on the Princeton page. Jim is a legend and the tone in this video makes me want to buy another PRRI.

i personally think the stuff he plays are incredibly technical ... sure they are not fast but there is so much subtlety and finesse that most players can never get right ....

Watching this video is like looking at a Christmas tree, or something. A symbol of goodness.

Unique persona, stunning musician, budding salesman. All good things to Mr. Campilongo. I hope it all comes together for him in a big way. He deserves it.

i´ve watched this video much too often. mostly because of his entrance 1:01 breaks me up every time

far out, this dude seems so truly cool. never heard of him before, was totally engrossed for the whole vid. especially dig the way he plays guitar. gonna check out his stuff. and that space sounds so so nice. i was bout to sell my tele for a strat, might reconsider.

I own and have owned lots of boutique and vintage amps, but since buying a 1966 PR 5 years ago I feel naked not having this amp with me. It really has become my sound.... Best recording / giging amp amp ever!!!

I have sat at that table at the Living Room he talks about at 3:48...it was pretty flippin loud, not something i'd do twice. sounded ridiculous though, and I actually have 3 videos from that exact spot, from that night, on youtube. check my Jim playlist, it was October 17, 2011...the same amp faced forward at the Living Room during his show with Honeyfingers a couple years later, I was right up front for that and could feel the amp pounding air into my chest thats how loud it was. Those videos are also on my Jim playlist, Sep.9, 2013. amp is a silverface Princeton Reverb

I've already bought this great amp, it just lacked some distortion for a more bluesy sound, I solved it quickly with a T-Rex Mudhoney 2 stompbox. Now its perfect!

I love this video . I have watched it about 8 times over the last 6 months. I keep coming back to it. Jim has made me want a Princeton Reverb pretty bad. He sounds so great playing on it and it has most of the sounds I want and hey, Mike Campbell who played lead for Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers plays one in concert so that is more than enough for me. I want one. Unfortunately I don't have the grand to spend on it yet but where there's a will there's a way so they say. I have two Fender amps (a Stage 112 se which I bought for the shear power (but it is too loud) and a Champion 40) but neither one give me what I want from the Princeton Reverb. But the wheels are turning and I think I'll have one before long and then I'll never sell it and it will be a friend for life. But this video and Mike Campbell sold me on it.

I own this amp and its a WARM amp. Even at volume 2-3, bass on 7, treb on 5 its very warm with my tele and Strat, moreso with the tele.

Yep I got one today sounds great - the right size etc - Im putting a Celestion Greenback G10 in there and re-valving throughout with quality Nos valves as the stock Fender Groove tubes are re-branded generic Sovteks so with a bit of extra tweaking this will be a killer amp.

I LOVE this! I just bought one of these amps. The demo here does it good justice, but if you get a chance, sit down in front of one and crank it up! I was able to A/B it alongside a "blackfaced" '69 Princeton Reverb, and a reissue '57 Deluxe, and it held it's own (although the Deluxe has that whole "tweed" thing that can't be beat)! KILLER little amps! PCB or not, I was knocked out to the point I had to have one.

what a great tone out of the fingers - if never heard a sound like his sound out of the fingers. it sounds like from 30s 40s 50s and maybe 1820... amazing guy!!! only a little bit tooooo much reverb.

Deluxe Reverb has a brighter tone, the Princeton is a bit warmer. Deluxe is a bit louder but the size, weight and tone of the princeton is incredible. Sounds just like it does in this video (tone wise, Ill never be able to play as incredibly as Jim C) This is a truly great amp. Price is going up Feb 1st so I would buy now!
