There is a sign in the store that says “do not ask when hogan will be here” Ol’ Ron sick of people asking!

I sent them an email this week about my experience at hogans beach shop and his restaurant hogans hangout in Clearwater this past weekend. The entire experience was beyond hilarious. I really hope they read it. And hogan was actually in the restaurant with Jimmy hart when I was there.

Some WWE fans think Jim has this love for WWE when really it's a respect for business, promoting, a love/hate for the production value, and the respect for being able to build stars at least at some points in their history.

Hulk used to have Restaurant in Clearwater Jimmy Hart was manager. I had my wedding reception there is was awesome!!! My family and friends loved every minute of it!

Of course stories claims prices and subject matter vary by account, thats how carnys work. They read the mark and work an angle. The outrageousness of the angle depending on how big of a mark, what tells they give off, etc.

The crazier the stories, the more I want to visit Clear Water. Hogan's Shop seems like a once in a lifetime opportunity. At this point, I respect Ron Howard for his persistence, whether far right or far left, it's still the far side, and it takes crazy to lean fully into either direction.

Sounds like he decides what lies to tell and prices to charge based on politics to be honest.

I have loved Corny for 35 years and almost always agree with him on mostly everything he's said about various issues over those years. I just wish we could leave politics and people's political leanings to the side and focus on wrestling and the fact that Democrat or Republican; wrestling fans are a loyal bunch regardless. If you didn't know one's political leanings, Jim, and liked that person; would you suddenly despise them just because it was revealed they were on the opposite side of your own personal beliefs and practices? I mean, the answer wouldn't affect me personally one way or the other. I'm Canadian and absolutely hate politics in general. However, I just think it's too wide a brush to be painting every Republican as automatically being "bad people". Same goes for the reverse. Anyway, just a thought. I was in the shop couple years back and don’t remember any shenanigans! I am really thinking people are piling on at this point to fire Jim up with the Trump and Republican comments to egg him on. That said can’t be 100% sure as Hogan hiring a Carney to run his shop would be pretty believable.
