I think Jim Cornette issues with the WWE is preventing this from already happening? But yeah this induction of them is so long over due now! Besides Demolition?, its a huge insult to all wrestling fans that the Midnight Express hasn't been inducted into the WWE hall of fame now. When mostly every other tag team from the 80's and 90's has long been inducted! Both versions of the team plus manager; Jim Cornette have to be inducted in order for this to work properly!

Yeah. Stan was better for them moving onto national TV cause he was good looking, had the body and was more exciting style in the ring. Plus having those traits added to them being heels. He could stand behind Corny looking all cocky with the glasses and titles and it just came off great on TV. It was easy to get heat cause you knew the women were looking at Stan and it naturally makes all the guys jealous and mad. And Bobby could still play "beautiful" Bobby but better.

The Fantastics were a different team. You're thinking of the Fabulous Ones, which was Stece Keirn and Stan Lane.

Loved the Condrey&Eaton version of the midnight express, stan lane really didn't bring much to the team as far as working ability goes. I can see if stan bought youth to the team but he was closer in age to Condrey maybe a year older.

Condrey is 66, Stan Lane just turned or will be 64

I wonder why no ever thought to hire someone to play the part of Cornette's mother

It’s like a long running off screen character in TV, it had gotten to the point that every fan had their own mental telepathy image of who Momma Cornette would be that you could never have one person meet everyone’s expectations. Just thinking of it now, do you use some who could legitimately be Corney’s mom, or do you go for eye candy appeal ringside and make Momma Cornette Jim’s step mother MILF?

Jim addressed this in a recent episode of the podcast and as the first commenter said, they decided it was best for the audience to just have their own image of who mama Cornette was. If you look at some of the episode art for The Experience, she’s in a few and idk if its Jim’s real mom or what the character Jim Cornette’s mom would look like just based on knowing him

WCW would have done it. And it would have been a train wreck.

I love how Jim forgives Dennis for directly screwing him not once, but twice and ruined his position within WCW, but has a vendetta against Kenny Omega for no showing a booking that could be solved with the stroke of a pen with no reprisals on him.

Cornette is a huge hypocrite. Also, he hates Ed Ferrara for doing the Oklahoma gimmick and making fun of Jim Ross, but he gives Jamie Dundee a free pass for doing the same thing.

He also made a lot of money with Dennis and even to this day, they can still get money together just being booked for a show or releasing merch....Who tf is Omega to him. Him and Dennis have a legacy together and more importantly are friends,of course he’s going to be more forgiving. Omega is an outlaw shistain to who couldnt work himself out of a paper bag and takes a dump on the business Cornette has made a living in for 40 yrs. You’re comparing apples to oranges 🙄

Being personal friends w/Denny/Bobby/Jimmy, I know the real reason why Denny left. Nice that Jim still doesn't give the real reason.

Lol Sammy Sosa’s corked bat. I was watching the game when that happened. Unbelievable moment in baseball. Haven’t seen that referenced in a long time.
