That was actually a really good promo from Kenny. He's starting to win me over. Once I heard that he tried speaking with Punk after All Out, I realized I may have been wrong about him. He's not a disrespectful clown like the rest of the Elite.

Jim Cornette being a Kenny Omega guy is such a cool timeline that we never saw coming! And yes if it was MJF attacking Kenny and not the bucks, this would be the biggest angle on AEW and second biggest in wrestling right now behind the mystery of the current Bloodline angle.

This was the angle thst shouldve been apart of the first Collision WITH CM Punk! This is like starting the 2nd season of a TV show without the main character!

Kenny told the story with the gut injury damn near perfect and then the beatdown completely ruined it. Had it been just one chair shot to stomach, it would have carry so much weight. The more the beating, the more it took away from the honesty of the story.

I'm sorry but this angle the last 2 weeks has been decent. Kenny was great and the beatdown of Kenny was great. The fact that Cornette hates the Bucks doesn't mean this stuff was bad. Its the best stuff AEW has done in years. Blinded by hatred.
