Some people hate to say it, but Vince McMahon had it right about letting a lot of these wrestlers go. Moxley, Sasha/Mercedes, Keith Lee, Adam Cole, etc. They have proven that without someone producing & developing them, they don't have that *it* factor and ability to get themselves over.

There was legit beef in this match. You could see Mercedes hit her for real and Shida looked pissed. As soon as Mercedes won, she rolled out of the ring and got out of there, instead of celebrating with the title. Mark Henry also said on Busted Open that security ran to the back during the show because of an altercation of some sort. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was between these ladies. There was clearly some heat between these two. What a crap show.

She's been exposed. If AEW has done anything with the talent it's gotten from the WWE (Generally speaking, that is), it's that the company has proven that, maybe, the WWE knew just how much/how little to push certain individuals after all. AND how much of the headaches they caused should be tolerated before being let go.

She has the same problem countless female wrestlers have had over the years. She has all these big dreams of using the business as a platform to become a Hollywood actress and she has failed like almost all the rest of them. Even the talented one like Becky Lynch and Alexa Bliss have this problem. AJ may have popularised the line "women who just weren't talented enough to be actresses" but eventually post retirement from wrestling she did the same exact thing.
