Our local Cracker Barrel is on the way downhill. We waited an hour for a seat in the half empty dining room. After we waited an hour from placing our order still no food. We left. Other tables the same. This is the same path Steak N Shake took. What’s amazing some items are cheaper than eating at McDonald’s!

The truth is, the alignment with lgbtq has made people leave the store. I wont go back. Used to eat once a week . Now never.

Maybe get a real CEO.

My Cracker Barrel is by our airport which is not in a great area of town. And it too far for me to drive for just for them. Sad. I wish they would move closer to my house.

I eat CB often. Here's the issue. Their door dash, Uber eats, etc apparatus is terrible. No dedicated counter just for to go orders. Go to Texas Roadhouse, they have it down pat. For ever person who comes to dine into a Texas Roadhouse like 5 more are just getting to go orders. Gotta streamline and focus on that process at CB. If they do they'll sell a lot more.

Hell man they have to sell tacos in that joint if they want to get a younger crowd in.
