If the Fed wanted to lower inflation then they have to address the root cause. And the root cause is the outrageous price of gasoline and diesel which causes everything to increase in price. The oil companies and refineries are gouging, period. The government needs to make an example of one oil company, national it, the other oil companies will crap their pants and lower the fuel cost instantly. If the oil companies don’t lower their prices then the government just orders their newly nationalized oil company to compete against the other oil companies. I don’t think this will happen because the government is in big oils back pocket. MM pinned Nvidia stock this week to the daily Maximum-Pain for the end of the week so they could save from paying out that 30 billion in swing plays on uncovered options causing them expire worthless. It wasn't even about how good or bad their earnings were. It was about institutions and banks having to pay that record high in uncovered options. It will go up to 125 by Tuesday next week I believe. Things will be pretty bullish till we get closer to FOMC and people panic again.
Just hold it. It could have some random movement up and down short term but long term it still has enough competitive advantage steam to carry you to profits later on even if they're not huge like they were last year.

if $5 EPS is coming, then $150/ share is going to happen for sure, since 30x earnings is the normal premium trade on tech stocks across. Which is about 25% above today's price.

Trading based on Forward Earnings is risky enough as it is. Now we're trying to justify Nvidia's stock price by saying we should bank on 2026 earnings (that may or may not materialize) PLUS give it a 36-40x PE multiple. LOL!!! This is exactly the kind of outrageous arguments that analysts make at market peaks.
