I've always believed a joke well delivered is a joke well received. In this I mean if you take the subject of the joke and deliver it with an undertone or just humour in your heart makes all the difference.

I would have turned it right back on Bacon and told him to apologise for his drug use when in a position of responsibility as a role model to young children.
