Wow, what a brilliant story. Had me in tears. Thank you to all Lifeboat crews who risk their lives for others. Good luck in getting the new lifeboat and naming it after Annette💓🤞
Beautiful, how I’d love to send a copy of this to all those woke, leftie, comedy allergic prats that just take great joy in slagging off a man that they don’t even actually know!! God bless you JD, our comedy goat! 👍
Proud men of Caister Mr D. And you and your team should be proud of yourselves for this video. A very fine Lady indeed and a fine legacy the Lady has left
Well done Jim, a fantastic cause and a brave bunch of guys. They do a great job which most of us would be too frightened to do. Hats off to you all gentlemen.
Jim Davidson OBE - for all the work, support and friendship this one man has shown to the many including our veterans and Caister Lifeboat (an independent lifeboat) etc it's about time it should read *Sir Jim Davidson KBE, GBE, CBE, OBE* If you don't care for his humour (we can accept and understand that) care about his patriotic support for those who served this country at home and overseas - both military and civilians.
Oh jim, thank you so much for telling that story account, for Caister life boat and her crew. And all the supporters and helpers that donate I say god bless you all those brave. Personal past and present. It takes a special kind, of brave person, to go out in all weather's, scared, the bravery of these individuals is second to none. I do support them I urge any person to consider giving what they can when they are able too, , from pence to pounds it matters not. , it soon adds up, the personal give their time their willingness to even sacrifice their own lives in saving others , what an honour to have known several of them god bless them all. Thank you jim for your undying support. God bless you all. .
I've lived in Norwich all my life and know how important Caister Lifeboat is. Thank you Jim for all the hard work you and the crew are doing to raise money for the new lifeboat. An amazing video showing how all this is coming about and the naming of the new lifeboat after Annette is truly stunning. Thank you all. Will be down to Caister sometime soon, hoping to get a glimpse of the new lifeboat. Take Care.
I have a swing mooring for my vessel in Holes bay Poole and extremely near to the RNLI College, training centre and hotel. All the members of staff and security there are absolutely fantastic. There is a small public slipway between the buildings, everytime I row out from there I look in ore at the RNLI vessels taking in the larger boats with everything sealed only to remind myself that in times of trouble they would be the only ones to brave any conditions, risking life and limb for others safety. What an incredible family the RNLI appears to be. Upmost respect to all.😊
An amazing story of a really important independent lifeboat, they are so important to helping save lives. I work alongside crews like them when i am on coastguard call outs on the Isle of Wight, Great Work Jim you are doing to help raise money for there new boat.
The photo at the end of Annette got me.. such a beautiful woman..can they make a figure head at the front of the boat of her? I know sounds stupid and superstitious...
