Most insightful tips on how to visualize body movement I've ever been exposed to. Since watching this, I created a dozen quick sketches and one nailed the action I visualized simply by relating the chest and pelvis positions.

How amazing and helpful is this! Especially love the line at the beginning about learning off anatomy (alone) not being enough to pull these off- that's what I've learnt for myself as well.

Damn it 😂. You make it look so easy. You’re incredible. I’m in art school and I have a hard time loosening up in my work, it takes me entirely too long to lay out a pose let alone a finish. Bravo. Just saw you the other day on Fatman Beyond, and while you’ve been here all along, I just now figured out you had a channel.
