I was wondering if Dr. Mark Evan's ever read the book titled The Lo g Walk which was published in 1948? In the book is a short reference about the people that had managed to escape from a Siberian prison, crossed the Goby and managed to cross the Himalaya's where they came face to face with a Yeti.
i've never really liked mark evans, but i put that down mainly to envy, i would love to be paid to take cars apart and put them back together, and have my face bashed in by a crocodile (well, maybe) but i'm so glad we're on the same page about dogs, and animals in general, sure exploit animals, but let than have a good life while you're at it, and dogs - if you look at the history of dogs, like mark says, they have spent so much time with humans, and being trained for all manner of hunting, shepherding and what have you, they understand us better than people - and i hate these yappy little designer dogs. to me ALL animals should be scary, domestication is okay up to a point, but a dog that can be mistake for a duster - nope.
